Review 1：...nothing important, but management seems to be little careless or inexperienced in details (fridges in rooms not working, teabags finished in breakfast...)

Review 9：Cleaning of the room was rather poor. During our five days, the only cleaning that took place was that our beds were made, and our towels were changed every day. No cleaning of the floor, bathroom or balcony.

Review 12：Bad experience. This hotel has blocked 30 % on my card although I paid the full cost of stay. Money was released after 30 days, so I could not spend that money during my holidays.The beach is public and you must pay for this. In order to find a place on the beach I had to wake up very early to put the towel on the sunbeds. Sea water is dirty. Breakfast is repetitive and some products are not fresh. At the pool bar there are very few umbrellas and the pool is just for kids. Hotel employees give different responses to the same request, this shows a lack of professionalism on their part, offering poor quality services. However they have created discomfort. Bad value for this money.

Review 13：I do not remember something pleasant during my stay there, maybe the weather.

Review 14：It's a quite new hotel with a large number of small mistakes, which in the end, altogether, ruin the image of the hotel. First of all there is no street sign where the hotel is, so it's very easy to miss it if you're not careful. The parking lot is in two levels, but the entrance to the underground level is cluttered with delivery and service vehicles. Electrical installations are in the open in some places and the wifi is very strangely set up through the TV set in the room. Meals are mediocre and the main restaurant is very sterile. The staff is very friendly, but useless at times. Our check in was supposed to be at 10 AM, but we got into the room at 1 PM. When we had to leave, they deactivated our keycards at the first sign of departure at 10 AM.

Review 16：Restaurant and bar menus offer a poor selection compared with the restaurants close by. Ice coffee was not available, for instance. We would have had our meals at the rooftop restaurant if the menu selection was more varied. Wifi in the room was patchy, and was available only if you turned the TV on.

Review 18：The reception staff at this hotel were very rude and unhelpful. I had booked this hotel as a special surprise for my fathers 70th birthday and had paid extra for a double room with a sea view for my father. I had also sent a note to the hotel to let them know about our special occasion requesting my father's room to have the sea view and to have the two rooms we had booked on the higher levels of the hotel and close to each other. On arrival my father was checked in to the wrong room and our sea view double room turned out to be a twin room with a view of a brick wall and only peripheral view of the sea on the 3rd floor. We went to reception to ask for this to be resolved and instead of an apology we were told that a double room does not mean it has a double bed!!!! and that the peripheral view of the sea was considered appropriate. After 2 hours of back and forth we were finally given a different room with a sightly better view of the sea, but the best they could do about the twin beds was to push them together and put a sheet over them! It is a shame that such a beautiful hotel is let down by the reception as it leaves a last bad first impression. We were not only not shown to our rooms, but not even helped with our luggage. This is a 5* hotel with regards to facillities, but I would only give it 1* for service. Additionally, despite advertising wifi in the rooms, the wifi only worked in the reception area and in one of the restaurants, and unless you book all inclusive, you have to pay 5 euros a day to use the sun-loungers on the beach!

Review 19：The facilities at this hotel are fantastic with beautiful newly refurbished spa and lots of areas to relax and take in the views. The spa was particularly nice with fantastic and reasonably priced treatments and great therapists. Miya was absolutely amazing, and gave me the best massage I have ever had as well as some fantastic restaurant recommendations

Review 20：Food was mediocre. Don't pay for dinner as there are good value places to eat near. Drinks also hotel prices. Beach sun beds only free apparently if you are all inclusive which was a surprise to me as I'd already lay there free the day before.

Review 21：Good location on the main strip in Igalo. Close to the rocky beaches,bars and nice places to eat. Hotel had good decoration and was very modern. Beautiful view from superior room on 2nd floor. Easy enough parking. Really comfortable double sun beds with shade around the small pool area.

Review 22：An outside swimming pool would be nice to have (apart of the existing one, which is suitable only for children). Also, the indoor swimming pool and the spa would be nice to be opened in the morning, so one could take an early swim in the pool. At the moment of our stay, the pool and spa were only opened in the afternoon. Also, the fitness center wasn't yet operational.

The rooms standardization is not perfect: I paid for the "see view room", but all I could see were sunbathing people just across my balcony in a children’s pool area. I asked the reception to either change the room or not charge me for the “see view”. After two hours, they gave me the room with “mountain view” (which was great btw) and finally charged me for a “see view”. 3. There was no beach towels service. 4. The hotel is close to the beach, but this is not a hotel’s beach but crowded municipal beach and you have to pay for sunbeds and sun umbrellas.

We did not particularly like the area of Igalo and Herceg Novi and we found out that there were some lovelier locations around the Bay of Kotor.

Review 36：We had a very nice room with a great view on the Bay of Kotor. The staff was very helpful and the meals were great. The place is very good value, especially when compared to neighbouring Dubrovnik. This is a brand new hotel with not too many guests at the time, and we enjoyed that there was a lot of space at the pool area and in fact everywhere.

Review 39：Location ;right on the beach. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood, and even more to choose from if you keep walking along the seaside. The hotel is brand new, we visted in the opening week, and there were still workers around, fixing minor things. We got a guided tour around in the not-yet-officially-opened Spa, and it was just beautyful! Everything in the hotel is tastefully decorated and there are lots of quiet areas equipped with small sofas and chairs for reading or just relaxing. The breakfast was nice with lots to choose from.

Review 40：Everything is new and very clean. Breakfast is very good, and stuff on reception desk and in the restaurant is kind and helpfull. The beach with caffe and restaurant is just a cross the street.

Review 41：This hotel has opened its doors too early; Construction is not complete and the pool is empty. Breakfast is awkwardly provided dish by dish as there are limited guests staying at the hotel and buffet is not set up. They should close the doors and finish the job as I am sure it will be a top hotel in the area when they get their act together.
