Review 1：As with many hotels in the center of town, the room was small. We travel with two large duffel bags and small backpacks and had just about wall-to-wall stuff around!

Review 2：Pretoria Hotel is a small, boutique hotel right in the middle of everything in Potenza. There is free on street parking nearby but getting a space is "competitive!" The porter does a good job of watching your car and shuffling it around if necessary...they also have a parking garage deal about two blocks away which we didn't check out. The hotel is comfortable, rooms are very small and we worked to make our two duffel bags work. plenty of electric, good bathroom, quiet, clean, staff was quite nice, very adequate english spoken, free wifi works in the rooms. Elevator works. Breakfast was very average packaged fare Potenza doesn't have much going for it with sights, although the archaeological museum was surprisingly fine and large--and open late. The city does have a nice atmosphere and nice for ending a day in the countryside, going for passeggio and visiting the Museum before having dinner and leaving the next day. We ate in the Guiness pub on the main square on a monday--'most all the restaurants are closed mondays. The pub's food was all right.

Review 4：The staff were very helpful. Hotel was just around the corner from the Main Street - close to shops and restaurants. There was a medium sized supermarket opposite the hotel and a nice bakery just down the road. Breakfast was fab - we have been travelling and used to small portions and were very happy with the buffet we woke up to here - the breakfast was our best yet. Great choice of cakes, cereals, toast, cheese, juices and hot drinks. We used this hotel as a stop gap on our trip across Italy and found it to be very relaxing. Wifi worked great in the room.
