Review 6：When we arrived, they told us they do not have any reservation in ourname. We have booked through booking.com. After w while they found ourreservation. I mentioned to the Lady at reception that I paid the secondmost expensive room ( ocean view ) and I have asked to provide a Kingsize bed. She asnwered that they have a partial ocean view room and only2 bed's were available. After arguing some time, that I paid a lotof money for 5 days ( usd 1,850 ) they said this is the only roomavailable for us. My wife said ... let's take a look at the room. Wearrived at the room and it was a pool view room with 2 beds. I calledreception and said that this is not waht I have booked and paid for.After that they guided us to another room and still it was notacceptable to us. On my second complaint finaly an Ocean View room withextra King large King size bed showed up. I do not understand theirpolicy.... Why charge you with such a stress at check in? Do they notwant to do business with customers of booking.com? Please take that intomind when booking this resort with booking.com. Maybe booking directlyit is different. As well a couple we met from Canada, told us that theyhave come with a very special price, including air tickets they havepaid for one week only usd 950. Why such a hotel make me pay doublewithout air and only for 5 day saty? I felt ripped off.

Review 7：The staff is wonderfull. The Hotel is nice and the sea and beach arebeautyfull. You have good food, good drinks, at the beach you must getup early in order to reserve a place. The Italian restaurant very good.I don't know why at check in we had to go through a hassle with ourroom we paid much money for.
