Review 1：The only bad thing is we didn't get to stay long enough!
Review 2：I liked that the staff were accomodating to our needs with a toddler and a baby, also loved it was a last minute booking and had no hassles what so ever and didn't have to put a deposit down just paid when I checked in

Review 10：Room is very comfortable with fridge, microwave, tea and coffee maker, tv, toaster and air conditioning. There is all the necessary and everyone has the own park for the car. The position is excellent and price is the best price.

Review 20：we were checking in late and leaving early in the morning.The staff had organised our key.The bed was an absolute dream after traveling with our young family and the room was very spacious for us.Very clean and well looked after.The staff member we dealt with was Georgina,an absolute gem,very friendly & more than accommodating..the location was perfect for us,only a few minutes to get to our location...would stay there again for sure!
Review 21：only thing i could fault is i tried to ring back after leaving to pay and got no answer i also called back into the office and no one was there i rang whilst there and no one answered.turned out not to be an issue tho as payment was taken from card i gave initially.

Upon check-out when we were doing our final check of the room and found the errant cups...in the microwave, half full of coffee from the previous occupants! Disgusting...
Review 28：Not fussed on the bathroom and toilet layout in the back rooms. Design is O.K for a couple but not for a family situation as it is difficult to dress in the shower and to remain dry you have change in the main area. The sink area needs to be enclosed with a door to allow privacy when dressing.

Review 35：no safety chain or bolt on door, no change of towels,no bins emptied, no ice cube tray, ability to hear conversations/noise in adjoining rooms, no phone in rooms, no instructions for aircon, no phone book in room, no popular take away food within reasonable walking distance, poor value for money, no ability to book day trips through reception, tv mounted so high it caused neck problems, toilet pedestal mounted too close to bathroom wall causing uncomfortable sitting position, no benefits for extended stay. would not recommend or stay with this company again.

Review 37：there were no hanging rails in the cupboard and there were no places to put your wetpack in the bathroom. only 1 hanging rail for wet towels and it was in the shower. Your towel got wet while you were showering

Review 52：Leisurely walk to a lovely little coffee shop / deli / vintage emporium .... that opens at 7am! (which was convenient as I was out walking my infant child so the rest of my family could sleep!). Port a cot was ready; room was great for us travelling with a 2 year old & a baby.

Review 62：I had booked a single room but was kindly upgraded to a queen deluxe. The room was spacious and had been refurbished. The bathroom was a very good standard. Excellent restaurant, Ciabatta, is only a 4 minute drive away.
Review 63：We stayed two nights and there was no housekeeping in between. Tnere is no hairdryer in the bathroom. It is also quite far out from the center, so you really need a car.

Review 65：This property is well located for Charters Towers Road and all the shops along there. It's also a short walk or taxi ride to the Mater Hospital in Pimlico, which is why we chose to stay here.
Review 66：Noticed several small bugs in the room. When I woke up in the morning I had like 10 bites near my ankles. Some of those bug killing pods would be good in the room. Room was clean so could be bad luck tho.

Review 71：That the room was not cleaned daily, or even every second day, when we arrived on a Friday and finally asked on monday for the room to be cleaned it was that the cleaner is busy but she will see what she could do about the cleaning. It was easier to stay here instead of moving.

Review 73：The air conditioning unit was set into the wall above the vanity and on either side there was opaque glass that let in a lot of light - this was fine during the day but curtains would have been nice for sleeping at night so I wasn't woken up at the crack of dawn by the light. The kettle didn't fit under the tap so it was difficult to make a cup of tea.
Review 74：The room was very clean and the extra single bed was a pleasant surprise. The staff member at the reception was absolutely lovely - she was very welcoming and also very helpful and kind. It looked like the unit had been recently re-painted and the toilet and bathroom had a lovely decor. I particularly liked the shower - the water pressure was fantastic! The free wi-fi was terrific- no problems with logging on or getting and keeping a strong signal.

Review 98：The light's were on all night, they shone through the top of curtains so bright I found it hard to sleep. No Jug for water in fridge. Coffee cups had no handle so you burnt your hands because they were made from thin metal. It was raining and the over flow was outside my door which went straight onto concrete making a loud noise all night.
