Review 1：The most important thing (for me) in a hotel is being able to get a good night sleep. With live music in the restaurant until 3 in the morning this was not possible. It was really loud. Apart from this the hotel smells of smoke. The breakfast was not good (dry croissant). So despite the location and kind staff I don't suggest this hotel to anyone.

Review 2：The location is perfect and the staff is friendly.

Review 3：Well located to Central Station, comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and efficient. Continental breakfast was so-so, scrambled eggs so over cooked they were virtually inedible, but there were hard boiled eggs as an alternative.

Review 4：Unfortunately there were works on the station happening when we were there and the workmen started pretty early (but there is nothing the hotel could have done about that) The wifi was patchy and they gave us the wrong password initially. Once we got it working, it worked well when we were downstairs, but not so well in our room.

Review 5：The room was very clean and had relatively new furnishings. The location was great and very close to the station. The staff spoke English and were patient with our very poor attempts at any Dutch.

Review 11：The staff were so friendly and helpful! I was up at 3am every day so couldn't go to breakfast, but the staff made up a packed breakfast (cheese rolls, fruit, orange juice and a croissant) and left it outside my room every day - without me even asking!

Review 13：The first room we where given was a little small and when we asked if they had a bigger available they upgraded us to a much lager and more comfortable room, with pleasure. The location is perfect for the city centre and the staff very reindly and polite.

Review 16：In advance the hotel claimed to include a mini bar and alarm clock in rooms, but our room included neither. One bedroom wall painted luminous green looked out of place to the rest. Reception staff were unhelpful and gave us no information. We had to ask 3 times for our room to be made up - finally this was done at 6 pm! Breakfast selection was very poor and items meant to be served hot were actually cold.

Review 19：The hotel staff all observed the 2 minutes silence at 8:00 pm, remembering the fallen of WW2 - the whole purpose of our bike ride to Berlin.

Review 20：I had to leave the hotel before 7.30 on Saturday morning, but the staff arrived after 8.00. They said that they arrive at 7.00 from Monday to Friday, while on Saturday and Sunday they arrive at 8.00. However, this information was not reported anywhere (at least it was not displayed in English in a visible place)! No ringbell, nor, emergency telephone is provided, therefore I had about 30 minutes of panic! By the way, at the end, everything was fine. I recommend travellers to pay in advance, to avoit this sort of inconvenience

Review 23：The hotel has character and the staff are really helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern, well lit, have a good desk and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless, modern, big bath and shower and all the necessary toiletries. Breakfast is in the remarkable Greek style restaurant and offered a good range of foods. Central location, very close to the station.
