Review 1：Feels crowded as the hotel doesn't have much beachfront or much pool space. fewer staff under the new owners, so slower service

Review 3：The food is not that great, really average. The reception staff are unfriendly. It is quite uncomfortable to be moving up and down -- from the beach to the reception and to the rooms -- with the transportation car. WiFi connection is VERY limited! Only available in the lobby. As in many other "all inclusive" hotels, the beer is clearly diluted with water. If you want to get a decent beer better pay for a bottled one!!
