Review 2：The hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful. The restaurant was excellent with very good service and food.The breakfast was excellent. The combination with the spa was a good idea, even though the hotel and the spa are not in the same location.

Review 4：Never in 35 years have I experienced a hotel without a bar, let alone a 4 star hotel. Booked dinner 3 months in advance and confirmed on arrival. When we went down to dinner the restaurant was being used for a corporate event - apparently Amex are far more important than hotel guests. They did however drive us to a local restaurant and pay for dinner. I would have preferred to pay myself and eat in the hotel. At check in we were told the spa and pool was being used for a private party and wasn't available till 5.30. 35 degree heat and no air con in the rooms.

Review 6：Location; attention to details - broken bulbs not replaced; shower bracket broken and had to hold hand-hold shower to have a shower. Outside candles on patio but hotel could not provide matches. For the price attention to detail is poor.

Review 17：The Spa/Termes are located at 2 km, it is not too far, but it would have been better if the hotel was attached to the Spa/Termes.

Review 19：QC Terme Saint Didier is absolutely perfect! I came for a two-day post-Christmas break with my sister & kids and we loved everything - the warm elegance of the hotel, the thermal baths, the massages, the very nice dinner experience (it's Italy - so count antipasti, primo, secondo, dolci, formaggio, grappa...) - and of course the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Very close to Geneva, 5 minutes from nice shopping and ski in Courmayeur, it's the perfect week-end spot. So much so that I already came back - just two weeks later!!!!!

Review 20：There wasn't much to dislike at all... Just a small disappointment that the gym machines were not working when it was too wet and cold to run outside in an otherwise beautifully equipped space.
