Review 1：Some areas need a make over, white walls in some areas need repainting. On floor 2, a slight musty smell in corridor. Restaurant staff could be a little more Friendly, a little abrupt.

Review 2：Good location, good breakfast. Reception staff very friendly and efficient.

Review 3：huge bathroom with tiny shower. Rooms have shared balconies which - this being holland - are being used by smokers, making the whole - no smoking - room, smell like smoke

Review 5：It's slightly far away from Arnhem town and train station. In room does not equip with slipper, which can get a bit uncomfortable during cooler period (Autumn, Winter) for someone who are more used to tropical weather. Do not have enough iron and ironing board.

Review 7：They only had one coffee machine for the buffet breakfast - so you sometimes had to queue for your coffee. But this is only a minor niggle.

Review 14：The rooms were airy and pleasant, but the turndown service wasn't the best. We found that on the first two days they were excellent and then they went down hill. The carpets weren't cleaned, tea and coffee sachets weren't replaced and the bedding wasn't replaced just straightened. In our delux rooms we had a leaking shower, but that can be easily remedied with some silicone sealant around the shower glass.

Review 15：This is an excellent hotel to stay in if you're visiting Arnhem or anywhere nearby. The breakfast was a delight and I must say one of the best selections I've had in any of my European stays. The rooms were airy and pleasant, but the turndown service wasn't the best. Review 16：The hotels is nearly 6 miles from Arnhem city centre. As it is on well marked roads this will not be a problem for car drivers. As cyclists having cycled nearly 60 miles up from Xanten, it was a bit of a challenge to do the last 6 miles with all our baggage.

Review 17：The quality and choice of breakfast items was excellent and I particularly liked the champagne option! The rooms were large and confortable and some included a balcony. Wifi was very good.

Review 21：Very clean. Room was fantastic and big! Lovely view from our balcony and the front desk staff were very polite helpful and professional. We wanted to see Arnhem and Cleves in Germany and the hotel was ideally located for this.

Review 23：Everything was perfect. Breakfast is fresh and wide range, rooms and facilities are of perfect cleanliness! Nice woody surrounding, but also close to the highways, and Arnhem city.

Review 24：They reserved my CC x2 even I stayed for a night and I paid by debit card. I needed to call and ask them to unreserve money what they did for 1 transaction only. Still keeping reserved €200.00 of my CC even bill was paid by DC and was only €80.00 (pretty annoying and receptionists didn't seem to care much)
