Review 1：Our room was very compact not much space but for. 1 night it was ok

Review 2：The feel of the place almost family hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Parking for car!

Review 3：It didn't make it clear on the website that the 'Annex' of the hotel was a 15 minute walk away. (Breakfast was served at the main hotel, which would have been a long walk to and from the 'Annexe'). Also a problem with room key and room numbers, the staff member at the main hotel was unhelpful about this.

Review 11：I liked: 1. Our room was in separate building from the reception. It didn't look like a hotel but like a common house in the city. So we could feel like we're not tourists but a bit locals - Наш номер находился в отельном доме от основного здания отеля. Дом не выглядел как отель, а выглядел как обычный городской жилой дом. Благодаря этому мы смогли ощутить себя немного местными, а не туристами; 2. The hotel additional building is not far from the Central Station and the city center. Main hotel building is right opposite the Central Station - Дополнительное здание отеля находится недалеко от вокзала и центральной части города. Основное здание отеля - прямо напротив вокзала. 3. The room was very cosy and clean. There were little bottle of wine, hair dryer, bath accessories (gel, shampoo..) - Комната была очень уютной и чистой. Имелись маленькая бутылочка вина, фен, гель для душа, шампунь и др. принадлежности. 4. Breakfast was tasty and included fruits and vegetables, fresh bread, cheese which I liked most of all and, of course, some other stuff - Завтрак был вкусным и включал фрукты, овощи, свежий хлеб, сыр, которые я больше всего люблю, а также, конечно, и другие продукты.

Review 12：The advertisement is misleading I have booked for hotel old Dutch but they made me stay in hotel Dutch which is father away has no front desk. To have breakfast in the morning you need to walk to hotel old Dutch. Moreover the air conditioning did not work for 3 days.

Review 14：there are two locations. One as shown on the picture at booking.com, and one 1-2 KM away. Not convenience when you are expecting to be near the centre or railway station. Nor when you are by foot and have to walk with suitcases. No restaurants and bars around, and no mini-bar so no food for late arrivals like me. WiFi not traceable (if exist at all).

Review 51：Arrogant staff at reception. I booked two rooms at this hotel for 5adults. On arrival we were told that 3 of us would be staying at anotherhotel 500 meters away, but they did have a room that would accomadatefor another 20 euros. I tried to explain that I had booked 2 rooms atthis hotel and they would not give us the room unless we paid more, sowe reluctantly said we would pay. So now our total bill went from 500euro to 520 euro, then on sunday when we were checking out it went to530 euros. A rip off. Now when I origanly booked with booking .com the 2rooms I booked were at the hotel old dutch, but when I got theconformation email it daid the rooms were at different hotels. This isridiculos, once again again I say a rip off. Also the rooms were old andtattered badly in need of refurbishment, bathroom sink cracked anddangerous could eaisly cut your hand on the cracked porcelain. We woulddefinately not stay there again

Review 54：My room was very basic and worn out. Very noisy neighbourhood (busses that run from 6am till 1am) and very bad noise insulated windows. Very basic breakfast. No wi-fi in rooms.

Review 56：Very small things, which were easily accommodated by the hotel staff. Firstly, there are not ice buckets in the room, or ice machines (that I was aware of anyway) on each hotel floor. I simply asked at the bar for a container and some ice, and they were happy to provide this to me.

Breakfast/tea/coffee was nice, and the small dining room where it is served is a very neat all glass room off the back of the hotel. Although the view isn't spectacular, one morning it was raining while I ate breakfast, and it was just lovely.

Review 58：There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room when we entered, even though there was a non-smoking policy. In the shower there was also quite a bad smell coming from the drainage.

Review 61：My trip is a memorial weekend to remember The Battle of Market Gardenin ww2 Hotel Old Dutch is where my Father stayed when he returned yearafter year for this memorial, his picture is displayed on the wall nowthat he has passed on. This Hotel is Central for buses, trains, taxisto visit the War Grave Cemetary, The Museum, the little church and thePegasus Bridge (Newly named John Frost Bridge) which was the Bridgetoo Far...which has a memorial and wreath laying. Fab itenary for allWar vets and their families. The Owner Joke and her staff, have beenthere for ever and look after us as the family of a veteran... Alsoall the regular and ex paratroopers that visit here everySeptember..It is very emotional

Review 62：The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would definitely return to this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, near train station, bus station, restaurants and bars.

The staff are very friendlyand this seems to influence the guests. When we arrived for breakfast wewere greeted by "Good morning" in 3 different languages by threedifferent groups of guests. The location is ideal for accessing publictransport as it is straight across the road from train and bus stations.It is also near the tourist office.

Review 64：The Staff were so lovely - gave my 10 year old son extra attention to make him feel special, answered all our questions in a knowledgable and friendly way. The hotel definitely has that traditional Dutch feel to it as well.
