Review 1：It was difficult to get the room warm. Next to that, the camping is very close to the road. Not necessarily wrong, but you can't have a walk without crossing the road directly.
Review 2：The location of the camping is great. Very close to the fjord. Good provision of touristic information.

Review 4：Gorgeous location. It felt like I was floating on top of the fjord, with nothing out the window but water and mountains. The owners were incredibly nice, and they also have boats and bikes to rent which is great. The hiking access is phenomenal. I had a beautiful and peaceful stay.

Review 23：We had been assigned a room in the motel unit, probably because we had request private bath and that is the only place on the property that has a private bath. But the second story room was extremely small, and the kitchen was a communal space on the ground floor, so we requested to be moved to a cute cabin that was available. The cabin was cheaper because it had no running water or bathroom, but in order to make the switch I had to agree to pay the higher price of the motel unit (even though they later were able to rent that unit to other travelers). In spite of the beautiful location, travelers should be aware that cruise ships stop at the dock in town, so your view will include a huge ship that dominates the scene.

Review 27：Excellent value cabin stay in a clean cosy atmosphere with a lovely view over the lake, just off the main road. Staff were gracious and friendly. I arrived a bit late, and my key was waiting for me at reception to pick up. Staff came by later to settle dues.
Review 28：Wifi connection was poor and the camping is a bit noisy due to the huge road traffic next to it. We could have used a hairdryer and some more toilets in the bathroom.

Review 30：very bad experience. need to pay 10kr for 5mins shower which is ridiculous and not specified in advance. only a few hours of reception hour so it is difficult to find them when having problem as a tourist... also need to clean the room by yourself when you check out or pay an extra fee of 100kr for cleaning...

Review 34：The cabin was very quaint, cozy and clean. We also had the use of their summer house, a great space for us to relax and play games while admiring the view.
Review 35：we booked the cottage, and it didn't have a private bathroom. The shared bathroom was quite far and it was raining. We then decided to check out other rooms. The motel (the 2 story building on the middle of the camp) has rooms with their own bathroom, but costs exactly twice as much as the cabins. :/

Review 40：We stayed in a small cabin with shared bathroom. The cabin was clean,warm and very cosy. It has a fridge and electric stove as well some plates,cuttlery... So we were able to make some pasta. The shared bathroom was warm despite the cold weather and clean despite the mudd due to raining. The laundry room seemed fully equiped with a washing machine,a drying machine,iron and a sink to wash the dishes. The best of this place is the amazing view on the fjord and a good location fof a quick stop during a roadtrip. Overall a cheap,nice and romanntic place.

Review 51：There is no water in the cabin - but we knew it beforehand. Just fill the canister equipped with a tap. There are exaclty two shower cabins, two lavatories, four sinks and one pissour for the inhabitants of ca. 20 cabins. We have not encountered any queues, but it could very well happen.
Review 52：It is a great place to stay for one or two nights, if you are going to visit Kjenndalsbreen, Briksdalsbreen and the adjacent glaciers. Very new and cleen fully wooden cabin. it looks like less then a year old, smelling of fresh cut wood. Kitchen with pots, refrigerator and electric stove. The magnificient fjord is just at your doorsteps. The road is also close, but there was not much traffic there. Extremely cheep, especially if you spend ten minutes to clean the house before leaving. Two supermarkets are 1.5-2 km away (they are closed at 20.00 though). There is a washing machine and an ironing board available (only one though for 20 cabins).
Review 53：We spent one night there as the camping was conveniently located for our trip to Geyranger fiord. I could recommend it for a longer vacation as well since it has a well equipped kitchen and is beautifully located close to a fiord and amidst the Scandinavian mountains.
Review 54：Water flowes outside the shower. We asked for 2 rooms next to each other because we were parents with children, but we got 2 rooms in 2 floors.

Review 56：We lacked a possibility for our children to swim in the fjord. We had a room in a yellow two-storey building (on the first floor) and the fully equipped kitchen was on the ground floor... There should be a hanger, a rack or some shelves in the room to put clothes.
Review 57：The area was peaceful despite being near the road. We could also use a boat (50 NOK per hour). The Internet connection was good. The hostess was very attentive and talkative.

Review 60：Big room with spacious bed, really quite area and relaxing atmosphere. You are just sleeping above the lakes banks and the view of the surrounding mountains is priceless. This is a great place where to stay both if you're looking for some time off and if you need a base-camp where to start your hiking trips from. The nearest village is at walking distance, there you will find grocery shops, tourists information and whatsoever you might need.
