Review 1：None of the staff spoke English nor alternative European language. Extremely hard to fine from the road, sign not decernable from the road junction, locals not aware of the property when asked. Did not sleep well due to barking dogs in the night and a local out shooting from 0600!

Review 3：charming farme and well maintained. Rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, Francesco, the owner, Lovely, pleasant and smiling. Located between Florence and Lucca, a few minutes drive from Vinci. Highly recommend!

Review 10：We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even though it was for just one night. It was peaceful, spotlesly clean and it's modern rustic decor was lovely. The proprietors were pleasant and helpful too. A win, win for us.
