Review 1：Only 3 dishwasher tablets provided for 4 night stay, so we washed by hand for breakfast and lunch, reserving our dishwasher tablets for after the evening meal.

Review 2：Very spacious, modern units with excellent kitchen facilities, including dishwasher and outside BBQ.

Review 3：the bedding was not the most comfortable. The bed was a little lumpy and no quilt, we had to search for it in the cupboards. A little far from hot water beach (20 mins windy road) a little pricey as the 15% GST was not included in quote.

Review 5：The dryer was difficult to operate, in fact couldn't operate the dryer in the DVD player. A little music and cc player would have been nice too, otherwise a pleasant stay and will definitely go back.

Review 9：The hotel is a 30 minute walk into town which could be an issue for some people. The swimming pool was also right outside our apartment and was a bit noisy with kids in the late afternoon.

Review 10：Huge apartment, superbly equipped and decorated and with a nice waterside view -- it felt like a real luxury stay. Patio was large with a great barbeque and plenty of seating. Staff were great -- very welcoming, efficient and helpful.

Review 11：The setting and décor were spectacular. The property was private and had everything you needed to feel relaxed and refreshed at the end of a busy day.

Review 12：For a visit of 4 days duration, I expect that tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided. The cost of this is very low in comparison to the cost of the apartment per night.The liklihood of going to a supermarket to buy our own tea, and coffee etc is very low. This would have made a much better experience. As the apartments are 1.5km from town and going out for meals is required, I would advise the site to provide, for purchase, a breakfast pack made up of non perishables such as bread, butter, jams etc. Many visitors would appreciate the option of not needing to buy every meal in town

Review 14：Really nice apartment. Very spacious. We had 3 couples staying and it was certainly big enough that we did feel crammed in. Very comfortable beds and couch. Great views from the deck.

Review 36：This is not a cheap place to stay hence I expected a little more thought. Told on day of arrival, Monday, that the pool was being drained for re-painting so out of use. The pool was a major factor in us choosing the venue in the first place. The draining of the pool the next morning, the Tuesday, with a petrol generator was hellish, made even louder by the echo around the site for 7 hours constant. Draining again the next morning, Wednesday, due to rain during the night, then to top it off 0800 wake up call by the petrol mower and strimmer on Thursday morning. Not relaxing at all, and in my view a complete lack of thought for guests. I appreciate the pool needs painting and cleaning but this was not an urgent requirement and should not be taken out of service when clients have paid, in advance, for this facility. Urgent repairs are of course a different matter. In truth we were not afforded the facilities advertised and which spoilt what should have been quite a luxurious holiday.

My sister and brother-in-law had the queen room and I the twin room which was really small and difficult to move around in with luggage in the room.

Review 101：Based on our request we got three advices from Yvonne for tourist attractions around 1) "The Lost Spring Pools" 2) "Driving Creek Railway" which both were great and 3) "Butterfly and Orchid Garden", we went to Thames to visit this one as well with two other families along us but is was closed! and the staff there said actually we are not working this year! This part was really disappointing.

Review 102：Just beside waterway with nice relaxing environment, clean and tidy, stylish modern interior design and equipment. As far as I checked each villa has its individual BBQ plus outdoor furniture. We also got two free usage Kayaks. Our villa was unit 24 (a three bedroom 130sqm villa) the heating system was one gas-fire heater in living area which was OK for living area but not enough for quick warming up the three bedrooms; However they provided us 3 stand alone oil heaters for bedrooms. The beds also come with electric blanket.
