Reviews for B&B Townhouse10
Review 1:Couldn't zap with the remote control. No shampoo, just two shower gels. But in total nothing dramatic.
Review 2:Good location, car park available for extra charge. Clean rooms. Nice old building.
Review 3:Great stay! Martha was very helpful and hospitable. Lovely room with a huge bathtub! Very close to the train and bus stations which was perfect for our day trip. Excellent breakfast selection included!
Review 4:The receptionist/breakfast manager was very welcoming and available. The hotel is just in front of the train station Arnhem Centraal, nice room and very comfortable bed.
Review 5:This small boutique hotel in a 19C (?) building has lots of character. Breakfast was delicious with excellent bread rolls. If you come by bicycle, you can park it overnight in their garage around the corner.
Review 6:Breakfast was a bit poor on variety but nothing too bad.
Review 7:Very home like facility, great receptionists with a lot of tips. Very clean, extremely close to the old town and train station (no noise, even though my room was facing the inner yard, no much noise in other rooms either as far as I know)
Review 8:Despite the fact that the hotel is in a really convenient location opposite the bus/train station it is pretty quiet. The staff were lovely; Friendly, genuine and helpful. I'd certainly use the hotel again if we returned to the area.
Review 9:They said they had parking, but only 6 spots that where filled all the time. The Dutch police are aggressive at ticketing your car 24 /7. They must have drones watching. Leave your car for 5 Minutes and bang you got a ticket.
Review 10:Nice location overlooking the beach. Great tram system about 400 yards
Review 11:Martha, one of the hostesses, is so sweet and helpful! And friendly. Comfortable bed, screen TV worked, large room, good breakfast, balcony with table and chairs. Imaginatively decorated room.
Review 12:Rooms were not sound proof but was ok since not many people in hotel
Review 13:Excellent location just across train station and 5 minute walk to city center Nice restaurant nearby Rooms are nice and clean Nice breakfast Excellent host!
Review 14:When I opened the window, the air was bad because of the smoke from cars on the road.
Review 15:The staff very welcomed us. The prepared swan towels for our honeymoon were cute. :) Free wifi, Great room. Location (in front of the train & bus station)
Review 16:Lift very slow and small. Ground floor above street level so always stairs. Consider it if many luggage.
Review 17:Staff very kind. Breakfast simple but good. In front of train station. Temporary parking just in front of the hotel.
Review 18:Nothing really
Review 19:The staff were excellent..couldn't ask for more. Very hospitable and friendly. They go out of their way to hwlp. Excellent central location which was really handy when we arrived as is was raining heavy. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.
Review 20:There was little not to like, except for the one or other smaller things that were broken in the room/ensuite (like the flush button of the toilet), but the rooms still looked fine. Overall the price was fair.
Review 21:Perfect location, literarily across the railway station, tucked away in a small street (so no busses in front in the hotel) and only a short walk (5-6 mins) from the Arnhem city centre. The staff was very friendly, the bed was good and my room was quiet.
Review 22:Bathroom. No hand basin next to toilet.
Review 23:Efficient friendly staff. Safe bike storage.
Review 24:Very lovely staff. Good location. Comfortable clean room.

Review 35:friendly staff, nice refurbishments
Review 36:Sweet, modern & fun stayCenter location, great food around , nice spread fro breakfest. Comfy bed, Comfy room/ Helpful , smiling staff
Review 37:on the second day it was difficult to open my room with the key, but that was quickly solved once I realized not to insert the key completely.
Review 38:The owner was so eager to please. Breakfast was very good and so was the wifi which did not require any complicated passwords. The bed was also very comfortable. On my departure I had to leave early, they made a packed breakfast for me to eat on the train.
Review 39:This is very minor....but I was not able to get a second cup of coffeeany of the days at breakfast. The staff seemed to go to do other hoteltasks (which is understandable), but I couldn't find them to get acoffee refill.
Review 40:Location--I was worried that since it was close to the train station itmight not be a "good location." We felt safe and the locationwas perfect for our 2--3 trips out of Arnhem by bus (the bus stationwas literally across the street). The staff was very helpful to us. Mywife had an accident and was hurt prior to our arrival. I called thestaff and they kept our room available (and we hadn't made adeposit) until we arrived. They also stayed up late until we didarrive. Thanks for your help. The room was beautiful, very spacious, and comfortable. We would stay there again. Lots of restaurants within2--5 blocks of walking.
Review 41:The front door makes a lot of noise, when it falls shut. I told them.
Review 42:The old house has a lot of atmosphere. staff is friendly. bed very good, room too. It is great to have this type of hotel right next to the train station.
Review 43:I can't say there was anything I didn't like.
Review 44:Townhouse 10 is very easy to find - it is more or less opposite the bus station, just a short walk from the city centre. I'd describe my room as basic but comfortable. Quite a bit of effort had obviously gone into designing the decor. I awoke to the most glorious dawn chorus in the morning. Breakfast was fine - typical Dutch breakfast, lots of cold meat and cheese - and the staff were very friendly.
Review 45:I arrived late an when I was buzzed into the Lobby I did not know how to get my key. At the breakfast I was knowningly given milk for my cereal that was Best Before 15/3/14! I had my breakfast on the 19/3/14. The milk was 4 days out of date!! The member of Staff tried to conceal this fact but I could see the date on the bottle
Review 46:The room and bed were comfortable and the location is very good so close to the train station
Review 47:Room was a bit too hot on the first night/morning, woke up w/ a headache because of it. Was able to turn down the heat by myself so problem solved. Other than that no complaints whatsoever
Review 48:Friendly host, Clean room Very close to train station and busses Rooms w/ a homely feel to them
Review 49:A nice little hotel just a few minutes walk from the centre of Arnhem which has fantastic shopping, bars and many many nice places to dine, the hotel staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to assist
Review 50:I chose this hotel as I was taking part in the Nijmegen March. The hotel is located very close to Arnhem railway station which was perfect for me as I had to travel to Nijmegen everyday to start the march. To book hotels in the Nijmegen area is very difficult during July due to the amount of people traveling to either take part in the march or enjoy the festival. So I was also happy with the price of the hotel as I was there for 5 nights. At the end of each day I would just go to my room and sleep as I was so tired after walking 30 miles per day but would find my room always clean and tidy with fresh sheets. The staff had also washed my pajamas. The staff would open the breakfast lounge really early in the morning (2am) to allow me to have breakfast so that I was prepared for the day. They even made me packed lunch with no additional charge. Overall I found the staff very helpful and friendly as well as supportive throughout the four days march. If anybody decides to do the four days marches then this is the hotel to go to. Highly recommended.
Review 51:The TV in my room didn't work, but for me it was not an issue. I'm sure they would fix it if I would tell them.
Review 52:Great staff and communication, near the bus/railway stations and centre, nice quiet room, must be one the best hotels in Arnhem.
Review 53:Requires some renovation. Was given a room in the annex, I was notimpressed by many details revealing that the hotel is quite outdated.
Review 54:Very friendly staff.
Review 55:Small but friendly. My departure was before breakfast time. Yet a breakfast package was prepared the night before. And when I was leaving I found two ladies at the desk offering me a cup of coffee.
Review 56:There was nothing I did not like. I would suggest a comfortable chair in the rooms would be nice as would a more comfortable bar area.
Review 57:Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and great location.
Review 58:Very friendly and helpful staff... Perfect location to visit the city ofarhnem..1 Min from train station and 3 minutes from town centre! Veryclean and comfortable. Nice rooms and quiet hotel

Review 61:The room was quite small and only had a shower - no bath. Limited storage space for two guests. Room either cold or hot, no happy medium. Breakfast was very basic and the same everyday
Review 62:Friendly staff and good location in the middle of Arnhem.
Review 63:The elevator is too old. When I pushed the button I almost thought I'm locked. Then there was a spider web at the ceiling of my room. I don't like that very much.
Review 64:the nearness to the station
Review 65:We travelled the Netherlands for 12 days. This was our favorite hotel, certainly the best value for the price and staff were exceptional. The location was great particularly if you are traveling by train.
