Review 2：The food is excellent, the beds are absolutely comfy and the staff is super helpful with tips and such. The spa facilities are amazing considering the size of the hotel. They have everything and it is all done very nicely.

Review 4：The staff were incredibly helpful and very personally involved. It made us feel so welcome after a long journey. The location is great and so was the breakfast. We had an idyllic breakfast in the gorgeous little courtyard and the best omelette we've ever had.
Review 5：i had to cancel my last day. i asked kindly, if i could get some discount for the fee of the day, which i cancel. the receptionist tells me, that booking.com decides. then i call booking.com, who then calls him and asks him. he says "no way". then i go to him and tell him, it is not booking.com, it is him, who does not help me. not paying back is one thing, which is acceptable. lying is another thing...
