Review 1：Air conditioning insufficient in parts of our suite on a very hot day.
Review 2：Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful outdoor garden area surrounding the large pool.
Review 3：No bad experience. Just follow the Hotel Signs when you take the exit off of the main road. You will be fine.

Review 5：Insufficient air conditioning. There is a thermostat in the room but it is useless. The system is centrally controlled. And the room was too warm for the entire stay. Worse yet they shut the air conditioning off completely after midnight. I asked them to turn it back on and they did for a couple of hours and then shut it off again. No screens on the window and they play music by the pool until midnight. So an open window is no solution because insects and the music will keep you awake. Awful.

Review 7：The town Potenza is not worth going to and was very hard to drive in. Not ideal for a family and not a friendly environment. It seemed geared up for business Men only.
