Review 1：The apartment was extremely hot and very uncomfortable - air con did not work and reported to reception on a few occasions only to be told oh we had it services three times already! Staff were not helpful at all! No refund or compensation was offered! Won't stay there again!

Review 4：The location was great, right in the middle of it all, the unit we stayed in was quite dated, there are 2 pools a spa and a tennis court which are great.

Review 5：The apartment was old and dirty - carpets need replacing, lounge needs shampooing, dripping tap, toilet running, shower not working too well. When we stayed before, the unit we had was great that's why we decided to go back but this unit needs a lot of work

Review 6：Inadequate AC was the least of our concerns. Customer service was appalling and bordering on racism. Totally unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone, not even my worst enemy!!

Review 7：The room was filthy dirty the floors were sticky and you had to wear your shoes in the unit as your feet went black the kitchen was dirty and the benches sticky after being in the room you felt dirty the walls were badly marked and dirty the furniture was cheap and second rate the couch had boards under it as the straps were broke the unit overall was in very poor condition

Review 9：Unit was very old and run down. Common areas of buildings have no windows so very funky smells in corridors. Security fence surrounding balcony unstable. Poor utensils in kitchen AND no visitor parking onsite allowed. Car park roof is 1.8m so if you have a 4WD with roof racks you can't park here.

Review 11：Nothing in the apartment was clean, bugs where everywhere in the lights. The carpet in the bedrooms were ripped and dirty. In one of the bedrooms the cupboards were broken and couldn't be opened to be used. Micorwave didn't work, aircon cut in and out while the motor of it was running in the apartment right next to the lounge room and bedrooms. Very noisey! And another thing after sitting on the balcony I found water starting to spit and then pour out of a hole out of the apartment above all over our balcony. Very very terrible place to stay. And not worth the money that was paid.

Review 12：Check out day. The cleaners arrived early and basically forced us out of the appt before checkout time. A bad end to a nice stay.

Review 14：Vanity plumbing needs to be addressed. Needs a bigger clothes drying rack. Common games room is good, but needs a better system to get the ping pong paddles.

Review 16：We loved everything here and so did our kids:) the size of the apartment was larger than we expected with 2 bathrooms which we didn't expect. The indoor and outdoor pools were great answell as the spa and we can't wait to g9 back and use the tennis court and games room :)

Review 17：The room we had really needs a upgrade. The furniture made us feel we were back in the 60's. The master bedroom was freezing and the ensuite had a bad draft.

Review 21：Our room was from 1970 & Filthy! Mould under sink we still had someone else food in the cupboard. The manager was not helpful when we complained. She also took my whole deposit and took over 2 weeks to return it. So much wrong with this place. Stay elsewhere!

Review 25：The entire thing about the place!! the managers need a bit of training on customer service!! When you say u are going to provide a service and it isnt provided then offer and alternative!! Not just ignore their phone calls!! I ended checking out after the first night (supposed to stay 4nights) as the aircon didnt work and they didnt seem it necessary I had a fan and advised me to just open the doors. "Thats what they do". There are no screens on the doors so all sorts can fly in during the night/early morn and I wasnt happy to take that risk!! Long story about the whole process but when I then knew the aircon couldnt b fixed and I couldnt b moved I told them I was going to move hotels and they said I had 5minutes to leave or they would charge me for another night. Disgusting!!!

Review 27：That reception was closed upon check in ... you can't check in til 2pm, but reception closes at 1pm ... very strange! And even though I had provided my credit card details the day before over the phone to pay for the room, I again had to give my credit card details over the foyer phone in order to get the key - with a bunch of random people standing near me waiting for the lift - I didnt feel that was very safe or secure. Perhaps they should organise a keyword that can be used instead to identify the person checking in. Fire alarm went off early Sunday morning, which I was told happens "all the time".

Review 28：Views were amazing. The room was tidy and good size. The indoor pool was great as it was windy outside! The location was fantastic. So close to Caville Ave and we could see the Gold Coast 600 parade from our balcony.

Review 29：I had two daughters on 14th floor and I was on the 6th floor and our keys would only take us to our floor and level 1 and basement.

Review 31：Centrally located, access to shopping, beaches and eateries what more could you ask for. The apartment was roomy and you didn't feel you were on top of one another. The indoor and outdoor pool was the main reason we booked at Centrepoint as the kids love to swim and it didn't matter what the weather was we could delight in their swimming. The ease of booking in and out was hassle free.

Review 32：A bit of construction noise next door had us up too early each morning, just bad timing on our part. Not a new complex but you get what you pay for and its still good value.

Review 33：We loved the proximity to Cavill Ave and all the restaurants and cafes. Kids loved the outdoor pools. The underground free parking was a bonus. Great views of the Vomitron and Slingshot rides from the balcony! Apartments great for kids to spread out and do their own thing without worrying they'll break something.

Review 60：A blonded headed lady with a fringe did not get her name but she checkedus in, Not only me but all others thought she was being very rude!!Almost racist I would say! Next time I decide to stay there and sheact's the exact same I will sure take this to the newspapers andcomplain how rude she is!! The rooms not sure if the whole place issuppose to themed as a 60's theme but I would recommend you'srefurnish the place and get it upgraded. But other then that the placewas decent :)

Review 62：I was welcomed well by the host named Anne, cheerful all the time. The apartment and facilities are very good. A strategic location I must say, near to Surfers and Cavill Avenue (both are within walking distance). Bus stops are near, easy to go to the theme parks (Movie World, Seaworld, and Wet n Wild). I will definitely coming back here!

Review 63：The hotel needs to be shut for 3 months and completely revamped from top to bottom. It is currently very dated and tired.

Review 67：Room and furniture was old and jaded. We asked for an extra bed and it was a roller bed which wasnt comfortable for an adult. Had to ask for more pillows and towels (only 1 each). The air con was hard to work as instructions were incorrect and we coulnt sleep the first night as it was so hot. Also very noisy air con we had to turn it off to sleep. The toilets didnt flush properly.

Review 68：Large, spacious rooms. Being able to cook. Close to everything, lovely view, nice pools and sauna. Not being bothered by cleaning staff. Comfy queen bed. 2 toilets were good.
