Review 14：Very comfortable room and friendly, helpful, staff. This is a conference centre, principally used by business travellers and, as such, has excellent facilities including a great restaurant. This is one of the few places we have stayed on this trip with comfortable guest lounge facilities.

Review 23：We were there for the AC/DC concert. Hotel organised a bus to take customers to the stadium. Went out of their way to make sure other fans got taxis on time. Even did a special AC/DC dinner menu! Black leather mixed with business suits with no problem.

Review 24：We arrived at 9.30pm to hear that the restaurant was already closed. The staff were able to provide us with some basic snacks (after a little confusion!), but it would have been nice to have been able to get a proper meal after a very long day on the road.

Review 31：This hotel is for business users. The location is not for those who are visiting our on pleasure. It is difficult to access without a car and the non refund booking policy is very bad. The reception manager was very impolite when I was discussing tje possibilities of getting a refund. Quite abruptly statung a non refundable bookibg. This made it difficult for my son. Anyway, apart from that a nice hotel with an awesome breakfast with a wide variety of selections.

Review 32：- Bathroom was not clean, especially the toilet. They offered us another room (with smaller, older bathroom and bad view) so we asked to get it cleaned next day, cleaning lady came the next day but didn't clean the outside of the toiletbowl so still not clean. - Inconvenient shower. Shower head didn't work properly, poorly designed, so it would only spay water towards the wall instead of down! Had to hold it in your hand to shower. Shower cabin was leaking on the bottom which caused the bathroom floor to get completely wet - headboard of the bed not very comfortable. You would lay on 10cm of wood with your pillow before the mattress started. - Outdated television, very bad image/view, very small, can't really use it.

Review 47：-We booked via Booking.com and asked to reserve 4 bicycles that they offer for rent. On arrival we were told that all bicycles were in use and best they could do was refer to a bicycle shop 20km down the road to make our own arrangement. Front desk didn't even try to be helpful. -Unsavoury smell in the rooms -Payed parking even for overnight guests while there is loads of space

Room was a good size, bathroom had shower doors rather than curtains so a bonus. Within 45 mins walking distance to zoo and open air museum. No air conditioning but we were aware of this. Good blackout curtains which were very colourful and brightened the room. Lovely little muffins provided if you ordered tea or coffee.

Review 59：I really couldn't fault this hotel. It was easy to find, clean, the staff were very professional and helpful. Also had free wifi and good facilities. I had stayed at other hotels throughout a 11 day tour of Netherlands, Germany and Austria and had been let down with the quality and facilities at several other hotels. The Postilion was superb. Only 5 mins from town centre and immediate acces onto a main route. I'd happily return again and shall recommend it to friends.

Review 62：The listing makes it seem like the hotel is walking distance to the open air museum and Burgers zoo and it is not that close at all. However, you could bike there in around 20 minutes and the hotel has bikes for rent. There isn't a bell hop service, so you have to deal with your own luggage - valet carts are provided. The food in the restaurant is mediocre (we had dinner) and pricy, though the service was excellent. Breakfast wasn't included (but you can hardly expect it at the price I paid) and it costs 14.50 euros per person! Luckily I had a car and we went into town for a fraction of that price.

Review 63：The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Parking is free. For 49 euro a night, it was a great deal. My aunt paid around 69 euro for her room (I booked earlier and got a bargain) and that was still worth it.

Review 67：This is a business hotel. No frills no fuss. Friendly staff (as are most Dutch). The rooms are basic and a touch dated, but for what you pay, so worth it. It seems a long way from Arnhem but taxis are so cheap and friendly, and there in 15 mins, its no bother. Would use it again just because of the price!

Review 68：One of the nicest and most comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Easy to find 5 minute walk to bus stop, €2 fare into Arnhem, buses every 15 minutes. As the hotel is adjacent to, what, on the map looks like a motorway interchange, in fact there was very little traffic noise in the grounds and none at all in the rooms. Arnhem is a lovely town to walk around, on Monday many shops are late to open, probably because they are open on Sunday
