Review 1：Inside jacuzzi was a one person tub on a timer so it filled ran and emptied on a schedule, water was not very hot and could not control the temperature, also seemed a little old and not as clean as could be. Practically nothing in English (tv channels, facilities explanation, etc.) and had to ask staff for information on property ameneties as opposed to being told them on arrival. Staff spoke excellent English.a good ten to fifteen minute walk to downtown. Blackout curtain did not extend across window so light from fluorescent light across the street shined in all night.

Review 2：Staff was excellent helping with all issues from where to hike, to buses and trains. Room was nice and comfortable. Facilities were okay. Breakfast was extensive.

Review 8：Lovely Tyrolean hotel in Merano. Atmospheric and lovely staff who are very welcoming. The food is excellent. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable.
