Review 1：The TV was wrong, the extractor fan was dirty, the parasol didn't work, closure of the garden gate didn' work. Several bulbs didn't work.

Review 2：Apartment is spacious, has good possibilities, there is a little garden, a garden suit of furniture. The beach and shops are close.
