Review 1：The air con was very bad. There were mosquitoes in the room. Couldn't sleep well at all. Couldn't even open the window since air con wasn't working properly and it was too hot. No one at reception after 11.30 at night so no chance of getting room changed

Review 3：The Hotel has a fantstic position to visit Vinci. It has it's own free car park. We spent two relaxing days in the area thanks to the Hotel. Clean, comfortable, family run always ready to help.
Review 4：The fact that even though we could not speak much Italian and Erica could not speak much English we were most welcomed and helped immensely in local places of interest and restaurants. Breakfast was good.

Review 14：The chateau style of the hotel; it's situation; the views over the cornfields, olive groves and vineyards of Tuscany; sitting on the balcony sipping wine and looking across to Anchiano, birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci; the whole ambience of the place. Everything worked too!
Review 15：Hotel is in a very city centre, 5 min away from the main sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel's interior is well decorated and in a room I found everything I needed. The view from the balcony was stunning (Tuscany countryside!).

Review 18：Do not think twice to stay in Monna Lisa! It is a perfect spot to travelin Tuscanny region if you have a car. The hotel is run by a family andthey are extremely nice. Everyday they were making tour plans for us(owner lady was a tour guide for 32 years), so we could see places whereyou wouldnt normally know about. So far in none of the hotels we feltthis friendly and family atmosphere, they even gave us presents when weleft! I do not know why it is 3 star but the rooms are larger than anyother 4 star or so hotels we stayed in. It is a very clean and quietplace. Everything was perfect, we would definetely stay there again, andrecommend to everyone.
