We had a leaking shower - torn comforter- safe box that needed resetting often & issues with room door- everything was fixed and addressed after we pointed out. Room 232 has no view and you wake up to utensils from the kitchen and smell of food being just over it! No coffee/tea amenities in the room.

Review 10：Everything is enjoyable at this place, even the views. The cooking class was fun as was the afternoon wine tasting session. The restaurant is high standard and you can choose to eat outside and take in the afternoon views. Plus free car parking.

Review 11：I chose to stay at this hotel because the website says it has a fitness centre. However, on arrival we were told the fitness centre was closed for renovation "until next year" !!! That is just false advertising and not good enough.

The hotel has very nice staff that speaks English quite well. The restaurant was good and the wine shop equipped with selected local products. Our room was spacious and quiet.

Only one device at a time (so it's impossible to haveone on trip advisor while one of the kids was on Facebook) and every nowand then it was disconnected. This is really not ok. Especially wheneverywhere else you get free strong wifi with many users at once! Alsothere was a problem with the water in the shower-room 206- it keptchanging from freezing cold to hot whith no apparent reason.

Review 74：Beautiful located with magnefic views over the Toscany landscape. Very friendly staff. The restaurant has a great kitchen and even allows you to follow workshops. (Unfortunately this wasn't possible during our stay). The swimming pool is located on the highest point, so you can enjoy sunsets or just enjoy the views. There also is enough free parking and a walk to the village just takes a few minutes.

We had a "plastic" feeling like beeing in Las Vegas or Disney Land, something lack of originality that you look for in Toscana. The hotel restaurant was expensive (10 Euros for a beer) and you can find much better food and selection if you go out to the neighbor towns.
