Review 1：We stayed in the second floor, and there was a big rock party "extremely noisy and crazy" right in the first floor. The party hadn't stopped until midnight (12:30AM). We have a 3 years old kid and we had drived a long way to come here but no one could sleep well! We called 3 times to the reception but they said there is nothing the hotel can do. We even tried to call the police in the end!!! To pay for 135 Euro in exchange of this kind of service is really unaccetapble. Will never recommend it to any of my friend.

Review 3：Bar seemed to have limited opening times. Our room safe was locked shut and although someone did promptly come to fix it, this was not successful.

Review 4：Staff are pleasant and efficient though some of them have limited English. Lovely views over town to mountains from bedroom and the breakfast terrace. Nice large room, very clean and big comfortable bed and good bathroom. very central.

Review 5：This is not a criticism of the hotel, but driving and parking in Potenzais a "challenge" due to the historic road layout. While theywill park your car and make sure it has a permit, if driving you wouldbe well advised to hire a small car and make sure you have satnav ofsome sort to get around.

Review 6：This hotel is located just off the main high street of Via Pretoria andhas a commanding view of the area. It is odd, built on the hillside witha total of 12 floors and "ground" is on the 6th level! Itfully deserves the 4-star rating and, by standards of northern Europe,is excellent value. The restaurant is also very good even by the highstandards of some of the local restaurants.

Review 12：The hotel is extremely convenient and in a very sought after location. The staff is amazingly helpful and the services they provide are all top class. Good restaurant too.

Review 13：The other clerk who worked over the weekend did not have a very friendly attitude and was not generally helpful. In previous visits the restaurant had been excellent but it was not on this trip. The menu has shrunk and the quality has gone down. Pasta was overcooked and morning coffee was not hot.

Review 14：We have stayed here twice before and have seen changes over the years. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is excellent for wandering through the centro. The person who greeted us was very nice and efficient and took care of placing our car without any hassle.
