Reviews for Hotel Villa Eden

Review 1:It was a little bit cold in the room.

Review 2:The hotel is very nice and cosy. Location is also very good, approximately 10min drive by car to Malga Ciapela (the cabin lift station to Marmolada or Arabba). Sabrina is very nice and really helpful! We really enjoyed the hotel wellness after skiing, where we always had very good tea prepared for all guests. And finally, Sabrina prepares very tasty dinner! Thank you again for great stay!

Review 3:Sabrina was really nice and helpfull. We always have had neccessary information where to go ski, park and so on. And the food was excellent. We higly recommend to have dinner in Villa Eden :)

Review 4:wellness area to small for so many people, open only untill 20.00( could be at least until 21.00)

Review 5:very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice bed, welness area

Review 6:Absolutely nothing - highly recommended.

Review 7:From the minute we arrived Sabrina went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. She was helpful in suggesting hikes and drives and even phoned ahead to make sure which chairlifts were open (some closed that day for the season). She was always there and seems to work 24 hours a day. The hotel is excellent and the Dolomite and Marmolade regions are superb for hikers (me) or bike riders (my husband).

Review 8:Just nothing to complain about.

Review 9:Very good location, in the heart of the Dolomites. Excellent breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Very cozy and comfortable.

Review 10:Very friendly and helpful staff

Review 11:Friendly and warm hospitality.

Review 12:Very friendly and helpful staff.

Review 13:Sabrina is perfect

Review 14:Top Value for money. Got more of everything without asking

Review 15:The Wellness was out of work, what we didnt know in advance...and the bed was to short for my 196cm husband :) but that are only little negatives .....

Review 16:Very nice family hotel with very kind and hospitable people. We are content to choose this hotel for our cycling holidays in Dolomiti. Sabrina is the best! :)

Review 17:In some of the rooms part of the bathroom gets all wet when you take a shower. However, there are plenty of towels to prevent that and it really is about some of the rooms (the others have cabin shower). Also, some of the rooms are not as warm as others. I would not say this is a big problem because it is not too cold and too warm rooms are unhealthy. If you happen to be cold, you can always use the lovely new sauna and steam room. Wi-fi is fair (I managed to work for several hours everyday) but does not have coverage in all areas in the hotel and in some rooms it is poorer. These little "problems", however, are easily forgotten because of the great treatment you receive from Sabrina, who is a real star.

Review 18:Sabrina is the greatest host I've ever met. She treats guests just like they are 10 year olds and she is their mother. SPA center is excellent for the purpose. New and clean. Breakfast is good and you get as many lovely Italian espresso/capucino as you want at no additional charge. Dinner at the hotel is extremely tasteful - a different choice of 3 first courses and 3 mains each night, but always fresh products (meat, fish, cheese). You get fresh vegetable salad at no additional charge. Prices are absolutely fair (four people dinner with 2 btl. of wine - around EUR 100). It really does not worth looking for a different place to eat in the evening. Rocca Pietore is a very good place to explore the Dolomites even with the Padon lift being out of order since the begining of Feb, 2014 (it will be restored next year). We skied in 6 different ski areas in four days - Civetta, Trivalli (Passo San Pelegrino), Arabba, Canazei - Belvedere, Val Gardena and Alta Badia. We also managed to do the Orange Sella Ronda ski trip. I definitely recomend this place to everyone and will surely go back.

Review 19:We liked everything!

Review 20:Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to near by villages with good restaurants (ask the staff for details). Very beautiful rooms and reach local breakfast.

Review 21:Everything was perfect!

Review 22:We - young couple - just returned from our 5 day stay at Villa Eden. High ratings of the pension reflect reality by 100%! The owner - Sabrina - is an incredibly nice person. Always extremely kind, helping and trying to assure guests feel like home. Wonderful breakfests and dinners!Great spa! Spotless clean rooms. Free wifi working all over the pension. Skibus stop right in front of the pension. We highly recommend to stay here!

Review 23:Wi-fi didn't work at the room

Review 24:Nice and calm hotel with very kind stuff, nice room cleaned every day, tasty food (dinner for 15€), good location (5km from Marmolada), free parking and wi-fi

Review 25:Dinner was not great, but still decent, an ok option if you don'twant to take a walk or a car ride to one of the restaurants.

Review 26:Extremely friendly staff, very helpful, nice and very warm room.Breakfast buffet was good, spa area was very nice, not too crowded. Skibus stop in front of the hotel, 10 minutes ride to Malga Ciapela(Marmolada) and 15min to Alleghe (Civetta). The bus was free. Bigparking in front of the hotel, some covered spaces are available.Convenient ski store room in a detached hut on the parking.

Review 27:This hotel is one of the best in which we have stayed. It is ideally located in the most beautiful part of the Dolomites for all activities. The owner and staff in the hotel are most charming, friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable and the whole hotel is very tastefully decorated and comfortable with a beartutiful dining room and well equipped bar. The food was outstanding in quality and value for money. It was complemented by an excellent selection of local wines.

Review 28:The owner was extremly amiable and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is typical tyrolean design and in the middle of incredible mountains. There is no lift but the owner offered to take our bags up for us. There is a luxurious spa on the lower level.which if I had been skiing I certainly would have appreciated. The hotel is at the bottom of a series of impressive ski areas. Restaurant was closed at the time but the breakfast was great and the owner fixed us a sandwich and caprese and delivered it to our veranda herself. This is an old style hotel in the middle of incredible scenery within striking distance of Val Gardena and Cortina. Not the easiest place to find but use the coordinates in you GPS and it will get you to the fron door

Review 29:Very nice, warm and attentive service. Clean, spacious and comfort room. Delicious breakfast. You can see that the hotel host has been tried the best to make their guests feel like at home. Actually she made it. It is really unbeatable experience to stay in this hotel. Strongly recommended!!

Review 34:We were very well welcomed by Sabrina. We loved the retaurant (fabulous tiramisu); as well was the spa. Amazing food! There is nothing better than spending 10 minutes in the sauna after a long day of skiing on exellent slopes. The ski bus was very handy - it came right in front of the hotel. The heated ski locker rooms were a real plus as well.
