Review 1：No any English menu, leaflet, recomendation, nor sign in the hotel; Far from downtown by food; Too much insistence in offering dinner.

Review 8：Very friendly and attentive personnel - I felt as at home from the very first moment. Excellent and varied body&soul activities: yoga, pilates, meditation, etc. classes with a coach, guided cycling or hiking tours to the mountains; wine degustations, shop. Varied tasting and a la carte cuisine, adopted also for vegetarians, buffet breakfast and free desserts buffet in the afternoon. Outdoor&indoor (whirl) pools.

Review 9：Nothing really at all. If i was really picky the room we had was a bit dated but we did get this at a discount and it did have reasonable space and a balcony looking over the pool.

Staff helpful some had excellent english but we tried to use German and Italian. Location out of town. The hotel wanted feedback on how they were performing and if we thought anything needed improving.

Review 32：As previously mentioned, very pretentious restaurant culture and from what we could see, the restaurant lacked any real atmosphere. Some rooms you have to walk outside to get to the spa facilities. Not great when its -10 and your in your spa gear. Also those particular rooms, you have to walk back through the restaurant to reach them after the spa. There is a lift although we were only informed of this on day 2 of our stay. Also, NO info on the hotel facilities or spa menu in English. I understand that we are in a German hotel in Italy, however people not speaking those languages generally speak English as a common language. Would be nice to have this info available in English for those guests.

Our room was warm and comfy and we had a nice balcony. All this surrounded with mountain views, and a short walk to downtown.
