Review 1：Wifi sucked big time! I'll choose another hotel if it means areliable signal, and for me and my wife this hotels wifi was too spotty.Signal dropped all the time and parts of the hotel got no signal at all.It's was also loud - banging and footsteps can be heard at allhours. Ac was also too weak for me, and shockingly my wife too!That's proof it's not in my mind because she chills very easily.This place could go to a 9.5 for me if they just did a few easy fixes.

Review 13：- We asked for a double mattress and we got 2 separate mattresses on a bed (together). Dont know how it is in other hotels but from 4 hotels in Italy only one had a double mattress.

Close to the highway (we traveled to all the interesting places in Tuscany from the hotel), very close to Florence

Staff exceptionally helpful, comfortable bed and a lovely selection at breakfast time....What more could you ask you.. Good place to use as a centre for 'Chaini Country'. They even opened the pool up so I could have a swim! First person of the season.

Review 54：Our party of 5 loved everything about this hotel. Did not want to go home after fantastic 3 days there. The lovely pool awaited us every afternoon after a hot day out and so did the comfortable sofas and large centre tables in the main foyer and outdoors which served us as our ground for family games. Smiling staff, all of them. The ladies in the breakfast room, the ladies who cleaned our rooms, the gentleman always ready to take an order by the pool, or clean a dirty ashtray. Little things that made our stay a superb one.
