Review 1：Extremely stiff timing for check in and check out. (you must be there by 7:30 pm, or they charge you for late check in!!! ) Not fresh or quality breakfast. Engine noise and engine fumes, together with fish and waste smells, as the room faces the fish factory, wich means several hours of noise.
Review 2：Beautiful place, warm setting, with classic books on the shelves. All comforts, AC, electric anti-bug burner, TV, WiFi, fridge. spacious room and shower. Fantastic restaurant and very easy access to the beach/seaside.
Review 3：As we were travelling with a 1,5 Y.O. baby we did miss any opportunityto cook baby food: the breakfast point has no cooking facilitiesexcept a microwave, and nearby restaurants serve only dinner starting8 P.M. The WiFi is very unstable: the network in our room was lostevery 3-5 minutes.
Review 4：Proprietà Scalfati is a wonderful place for a vacation. The house wasrebuild so that every room has a beautiful view to the forest and sideview to the Lake Paola. The private territory of the proprieta takes inquite a big part of the national park listed in the register of"Biosphere Reserves" prepared by unesco. Together withmagnificent sand beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the closest beingreachable by 5 minutes walk and others being easily accessible by car,the location of the proprieta presents its guests a unique opportunityfor a very good relaxation. Moreover, it is a family-run business andall the hosts and other staff members are truly welcoming and responsiveto all guests' requests and needs. And the final flourish of theproprieta is the Ponte Rosso restaurant. In brevi, it is The Restaurant.And I would strongly recommend to find a night for a dinner there evenif you are not staying at the proprieta (prior reservation is stronglyrecommended).
Review 5：the mosquitoes in the garden but there isn't much that can be done when you have so much water around. it's normal in Italy during summer. Just make sure you ring mosquito repellent. It would have been nice to have wifi in the room. The attached restaurant "La Cruz" is a bit pretentious and not very welcoming (shame because the location is breathtaking) but I understand that this is independent from the property.
Review 6：very relaxing place. Beautiful settings surrounded by nature. You can park your car and go to the beach on foot, use the trails nearby and do activities on the lake (we did kayaking). It's the perfect place to unwind and relax. San Felice Circeo town is only a few minutes away by car.
Review 7：This place is located in a grate spot of the coast with access to the most beautiful area of Sabaudia underneath the Monte Circeo. It is run with love and passion from its owners and the service is delightful. If you’d like to spend a week end or a longer stay in a genuine environment where you are taken care, Proprieta Scalfati is definitely the place to go. Go to their restaurant Ponte Rosso and enjoy vongole as never before but also oysters
