Review 1：Nothing much to complain. I travelled alone for business and dined in the restaurant as well. The food was good but the staff in the restaurant was not really so helpful. The lady there even didn't ask me for the drink and how I'd like my steak done. That's ok I just didn't pay the tips. However it's really not so pleasant.

Review 18：We booked a superior delux room but to our disappointment, the bed was rather uncomfortable. The service at the brasserie can be improved. We witnessed an unpleasant incident experienced by another guest. They (she & her partner) were unhappy with the way how the staff asked for their room number. On the other hand, we were not asked for our room number. We were not sure if we should inform them of our number? There were also no greetings from the staff which we found lacking.

This was my first time in the Netherlands, and obviously needed a lot of information about so many things. They were super helpful, super responsive and super cheerful! They made such a positive difference to my stay!

Review 100：A cheap soloroom isn't very luxurious; that's not the problem but why do I have to stay in a room with dirty walls, a chair with dirty circles on the seat and cracks in the drapes. A bistro where I didn't fell welcome as a solo guest. A big restaurant and I was directed to a table alone in a corner where nobody else was seated because other tables were reserved. Later on there came a couple who didn't had a resrevation too but they could get a table at the 'lively'part.

Review 120：Bad Organisation. [ we booked our room 4 months before] and at check in day they give us the ugliest room in the whole hotel. So after spending 35min. at Reception we got ''our'' room. To be honest.. I was in a hundreds of hotels..and this one wasn't at Level of Four Stars... it should be evaluated again...these aren't Standards for 2014.
