Review 1：I had a problem, that TV did not work properly and when I asked for staff to help solving the problem, they just answered that they don't know how. After a while the room was changed, but had to go down to reception to ask, otherwise nothing was happening.

Review 3：Breakfast, room because there was no fridge, no mini bar and no tea and coffee inside of the room. When i compare to another 3 star hotel. There were these three things which i have mentioned

Review 4：Those with dietary requirements best bring their own breakfast. Almost no options for gluten free or lactose/dairy free.

Review 5：Hotel is away from the center, in the industrial zone, however ideally located if going to the Curonian Spit (0,80€ roundtrip on the ferry for pedestrians/bikes). Clean, basic rooms.

Review 6：Breakfast was lousy, with lots of food which was not fresh and did not have tast, but for example a daily business lunch at the same restaurant of the hotel was really nice and at a reasonable price.

Review 7：Nice place next to the ferry and a sea transport company. Although if you a sensitive sleeper, the sounds of the latter would wake you up. Nice spacious apartment. However, a nice terrace instead of the huge salon (it could have been half that big) would be a good idea.

Review 17：Great hotel, clean room even better than on pictures with great view on trains and ships from windows. Our 4 years old son was really enjoying it. Good place were from to go to delfinarium for Acropolis. Thank you!

Review 18：Location noise wise is terrible. Train line right next to it, means it's impossible to sleep with open windows. AC in the room felt like a small plane engine running. Housekeeping staff was slightly weird, the only way I could get them to take away empty dishes was to put them outside the room after 2 days of ignorence. When left a t-shirt on a bed in the morning it was never made at all.

Review 22：tiniest possible and barest room for a three start hotel. got this upgraded to an apartment room by paying extra, however, the fumes from the kitchen and poor ventilation due to inadequate exhaust in the toilet made the whole experience not very pleasant.

Review 24：Very bad impression. The breakfast was awfully poor, the variety of food was for B&B, not for 3*, the bread was frozen!! you could even feel the pieces of ice inside. When show this to staff, they just hot 2 pieces in microwave for me, but the rest bread just left the same. On the second day was no omelet, no even toaster. The girl explained that there are too many people today (about 8), so she would not give the toaster! :( later she brought it. There were only 2 honey tablets, we asked more, the answer was - there is no more! Some furniture in rooms were broken. Staff seemed too busy to help. Industrial area around and furry just under the windows finalise very bad impression.

Review 26：Breakfast is very poor. after 9am most of the food are consumed usually,but never toped up. This is not professional. The management should correct this situation, as this is not a first time. Adding the food will only creates a better opinion about Your hotel and this will not be the big cost for the hotel as well.

Review 27：The perfect view of the Curonian Bay. Location is very close to the ferry terminal for Curonian peninsula. Not far from the center, especially by car. Rooms are very clean.

Review 30：It's a good option if you want to visit National Park, as is just in front of the ferry therminal. The hotel is new, breakfast is good, and staff is friendly. You have to have a car to use this hotel as is far from the center. And has a free parking.

Review 53：We stayed for 6 nights in the week running up to the Klaipeda SeaFestival and the hotel laundry service was not working for this entireperiod, and there were no alternative arrangements. When we asked forhelp with this matter we were given the address to a self servicelaundry shop that when we arrived at, after taking a taxi, discoveredthat it had been closed for 2 years. We then walked back to ec Auroraand the staff were unapologetic when we informed them of their mistake.After personally contacting the few local dry cleaners and being quotedunbelievably high prices, with 3 days the fastest completion time formost, we resorted to hand washing our clothes in our room for over anhour... Great holiday :-(Also having stayed in a variety of hotels over the years, this was the first room for me that did not have a fridge. Something we found pretty inconvenient in such hot weather. In conclusion, poor service like this is unacceptable from such a large hotel, especially during their busiest week of the year. We do NOT recommend Europa City Aurora.

Review 54：The positive aspects to Europa City Aurora were that it was clean andeverything looked very new or well maintained, the room design was quitenice and simple, and most of the girls working on reception were polite.

Review 55：There is cargo railway nearby, noisy also in night. Nearest public transport stop is 10 min walking, which was no problem for us at all, but if someone comes with childern without car, it could make some discomfort.

Review 56：The hotel is new and modern. Is located close to new ferry port what makes connection to Kusrska kosa easy. Room was spacy and clean, comfortable bed. Hotel breakfast offers variety of food. We were happy that hotel also offers bike rental service. Staff was always helpful, especially one lady (with red hair) was smiley and in good mood, and detailed explained all our questions. I can really recommend stay in this hotel!

Review 57：Staff at reception, not allowing family with 3 kids (4, 7 and 11 years) stay in large apartment room - was requested to pay for additional two beds room (in fact I paid double price). They do requested to pay in advance and when we choose to stay only in large apartment - refused refund money for additional room. In room we found dirty socks below the bed, and at check-out were asked to pay for salty nuts we did not consume, actually there were no nuts in fridge... At a breakfast in restoran got no average size spoons which fit for 4 years old kid, just either small coffee or large soup spoons. Resume: families with 3 kids are not welcome there at all.
