Review 1：Excellent staff, modern rooms with sea theme decor, just few blocks to the sea passing by Leuca's 'ottocentesche' villas. Cafe right in the courtyard is perfect for breakfast.
Review 2：Wifi was limited in the room. Air condition sometimes not powerful enough.
Review 3：Staff was really kind and helpful. The complex itself is fairly new and you feel you have an apartment rather than a room because of the facilities of the room.
Review 4：- The air con was not working well as we were there, it was too hot to sleep in the morning - Wifi didn't work either (constantly de-connected)

Review 6：Not really a problem, because It was September but parking is not included. You can find it on your own (which looks hard during high season) or pay I think 5euros a day to park it in the garage next to the hotel.
Review 7：Everything is brand new. And great location! The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Big balcony. Bed firm but comfortable. We stayed 4 days very comfortably. The location is about a 3 minute walk to a grocery store and shops in 5min. You get to the water in 5-10min walk and surrounded by beautiful villas along the way. We had a car so we went to beaches in other towns and restaurants in other towns but place is close to restaurants (not sure about sandy beaches).
Review 8：Very close to the sea and downtown, within walking distance. Excellent staff (very nice and efficient) The room was well equipped, newly furnished, large, very clean. Huge shower, way big for european standards. Wi-fi was great. They have a cafe that we ate breakfast, we paid for it since our rate didn't include breakfast. They also have a small market on property for water, bread, cold cuts, pasta, etc since some of the rooms are efficiency apartments. Overall excellent experience, definitely recommend.
