The front receptionist especially was very welcoming and answered any questions i had to ask and made sure i understood everything i needed to know. The rooms were amazing for what we paid and the location was spectacular. Will definately be coming back.

Review 6：Overlooking roofs, no view at all! There's no aircon in the second bedroom. There's no dryer for our laundry, clothes remain damp after using the spin dry function in the washing machine.

Review 7：Our two-bedroom apartment is made up of connecting rooms (a double room with a mini bar and a one-bedroom apartment with a large living/dining and fully equipped kitchen). Spacious and clean! Convenient location within walking distance to the Apollo Bay Beach, lots of restaurants and some souvenir shops.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Located directly across from beach and close to all shops and eateries in Apollo Bay.

Review 12：There is a washing machine but no dryer! I only realised this when I set a load of clothes off to wash the evening before leaving. there is also no washing basket or clothes pegs! Walls are also very thin you could hear walking, talking and flushing in the adjacent studio unit. this studio unit shared a front door and vestibule (meant to be convertible to a 2 room family unit) so be aware that you may be very close to another set of guests.

Review 14：The only thing we felt would have been handy was that the apartment had a washing machine and dryer but no clothes horse to hang our clothes on.

Review 16：A little attention to detail would have gone a long way here. Every dish and cup in the cupboards had been put away wet at some point, and had to be re-washed. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been (check under the sofas and in the corners). The sole tissue box had five tissues in it. Little things like this really added up.

Review 20：The rooms are very comfortable but unfortunately we had a room that smelt like fish. Had to sleep with bedroom doors closed. Be advised they are self contained units with cooking facilities. Did inform reception and asked for some room deodoriser and we received a little bottle. Didn't get rid of the smell.

Review 38：Special request (extra towels) not honoured. "Laundry" facilities did not include a dryer. That may work in summer but not in winter or early spring. Tile floor is icy cold - again may work in summer but not in winter or spring.

Everything about the stay was fantastic, from the friendly staff to the full sized kitchen which we didn't really get the opportunity to use as we were only there 1 night. Incredible views, cannot recommend this place enough!

Review 68：You have to do all the cleaner's job in the apartment. Otherwise, you will be fined. Didnt feel like we were the guests there, moe likely a cleaner as well.

Also we are cheated because we booked an apartment in the upper floor where we could see the beach and have some sunshine, but when we arrived at the place she gave us ground floor apartment,which was dark and smelling. We came around 7:30 pm there was no reception but the key was left in the envelope with all instructions guided us to park our car in the secured car park, connecting to Wi-Fi etc.

Review 94：I didn't like the threat of leaving the apartment clean (empty the bins, turn on the dishwasher) or there would be a cleaning fee of $25. Thought this was a little ungracious considering how much the rooms are.
