Review 1：Not the owners' fault at all but there's a blaring disco on the beach nearby so unless your room's on the back your sleep may be affected! The Herzeg Novi city authorities should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such things. Disgraceful! Because otherwise the city's charming...

Review 2：Almost everything, especially the charming and very helpful staff. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise and the whole apartment was beautifully turned out n very clean. Maybe a/c in both bedrooms would be a plus.

Review 3：Very helpful staff who rang us before our stay to ask if there was anything we needed. Location was perfect to explore the waterfront. The hotel was difficult to find within the one way system of Herceg Novi and as there is another hotel with a very similar name!

Review 4：While our room was touted as a sea-view it was, only just, with our view being interrupted by a couple of roofs in front and a lot of foliage. In all fairness to the staff, we were shown to their one other room to see if we liked that view better, but it was positioned at the side of the building, with a minimal view.

Review 5：We had a level 1 end room, which was a separate bedroom, with lounge, dining/kitchen and bathroom. The large bedroom had two separate doors to access the large balcony. Both doors had "double" doors to keep any outside noise at bay at night (successfully). We liked the TVs in both the bedroom and lounge, and the good range of channels on them (it rained quite a bit of our two days here, so we were forced indoors for a while).

Review 6：The girls in the reception are so nice, always taking care of the guests with a smile. Very helpful with booking transfer, rental cars and tours.

Review 7：The noisy nights - see before. It would be nice to have some places to sit, relax and have a drink in the hotel.

Review 8：The hospitality and kindness of the staff, who made us feel like at home in this beautiful country. Rooms were modern, cosy and very clean. There was the four of us, the connecting door between two apartments gave us a very spacious flat with three terraces. The parking facility was worth the 5€ per day ,since streets get crowded.Herceg Novi has got far more beautiful corners than where Kukoljac is located. But this place is really perfectly located to have beaches, restaurants and bars at a couple of seconds walking distance. The neighbourhood gets very noisy during night because of the open air disco just opposite the hotel. You can dance along from the balcony or just close the 99% sound proof double windows.
