Review 1：Booked a family room for ourselves and two grandchildren, the room was split level and the stairs to the upper floor were spiral with extremely narrow stair treads with no hand rail, totally unsuitable for children or adults

Review 3：The bed was too soft. It was disappointing to have two single beds pushed together instead of one double bed.

Review 6：Vlissingen is a charming place. The Italian restaurant (Lungo Mare) on the main square was excellent. The room was comfortable and cozy. Friendly staff at arrival.

Review 10：Location is outstanding - very close to the harbour. We took the "de luxe suite", very spacious, and pretty quiet. The roof-terrasse is comfortable, equiped with chairs and table, so a nice place when the weather is good. The building is a traditionnal one, well renovated, but you can still find original characteristics, such as the stairs (rather steep) and the basement, for the breakfast.

Review 17：The pillows were quite awful (not the look but the filling). My neck wasn't too happy. The room upstairs could use a small tv of its own. It was easy to hear our neighbors - however, it wasn't initially built to be a hotel and the historic ambiance was wonderful so I expected as much.
Review 18：We slept in the split level room. Our young children enjoyed their own space. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The breakfast was tasty and the basement (where the restaurant is) was beautiful. It's an old building converted to a hotel. We enjoyed the location, appreciated the helpful staff, and highly recommend this hotel for families!

Review 22：This was well located in the town and extremely nice. The hotel room was roomy. There were origami swan towels and rose petals on the bed at arrival. The bathroom was small but clean and the shower was relatively large. The balcony was shared, but I haven't ever seen one so large. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in and I've been to more then 30 countries. I would certainly recommend this to everyone!

Review 47：The hotel misses a nice entrance, from which you can see the lobby, the restaurant etc. So apart from the breakfast you do hardly have any contact with other guests. The cleaning needs a bit extra attention, not that's it's dirty, but on some details.

Review 60：We stayed there for a week. The staff was very kind and patient. Some of them speak some Spanish, which was very helpful for those in our group that didn't speak Dutch or English. The rooms are clean, up-to-date and comfortable. The location is great, nearby there are restaurants, some bars and Stores. The breakfast is delicious. We will definitively going back there when visiting Vlissingen.

When Iask the reception what was the romantic arrangement/room, theymentioned us the roze which is on the wall paper. Next to that, the roofwas leaking and drops of water fell on the bed in a continous rythm.Also, negative is that the reception closed at 20.00. They toldus"you can call this number if needed, but I am sure this won'tbe needed" No very customer friendly.
