Review 1：From the minute I arrived, I felt right at home at Plaza Colón in Granada. I opted for a second-story room with a large, polished-wood balcony overlooking the bustling square. When I needed calm, I retreated to the hotel’s tranquil pool area flanked by four mighty royal palms. Each morning I had a made-to-order omelet and, throughout the day, relied on Victor—the hotel’s go-to person—for questions, favors, shopping and dining suggestions, and ideas to fill the day. He even made a special trip to the mercado to look for a special dried herb I wanted to take home. All in all, a fantastic property and a wonderful five-day stay. Thank you Victor, Carlos, Luis, Pamela, Walkiria, and Fabiola.

Review 6：I can't think of a better place to stay in Granada! My friend and I stayed here after a week in a rural area with very few luxuries, and we were so happy to have splurged on this hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely. They helped us with everything we needed and were so sweet. They speak English well. They even left a handwritten note in our room to welcome us to the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, and the beds are comfortable (perhaps the only place in all of Nicaragua where I experience this). The hot shower is great, and the water pressure is good. The cafe on site has good food, and the complimentary breakfast is very good. Also, we loved the pool. It's beautiful and refreshing, and a lovely place to relax. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!

Review 8：The people who work at this hotel are fantastic! They bend over backwards to help and always have a smile. We loved sitting on the front balcony with our 'Plaza Colons' and watching the festivities in the park. The staff even had breakfast and coffees 'to go' for us when we left this morning at 5:00 AM.

Review 9：In addition to the gorgeous building & room, incredible service and perfect location I'd like to add that I had one of my deepest sleeps in memory thanks to the extreme comfort of the bed and room and cool darkness. That is almost like a spa experience for a sleep deprived person like myself. Treat yourself!
