The Terminal Hotel was refurbished using local materials of Salento, including Alessano stone and terracotta from Lucugnano.

Review 1：A better wifi (very weak, the signal did not reach our room on the third floor) would improve the overall impression.

Review 2：Nothing to dislike, really. Helpful staff. Nice rooms. Great view. Near the ocean. Private beach. End of the world feeling. Quiet. Relaxing.

Review 3：Parking costs, on street, but for discounted charge. No pool towels provided, which is difficult if you've travelled by air and restricted on luggage. But can't really fault the hotel for those two minor points! Not much English spoken (first year of "foreign tourism") but as helpful as they can be. Advice - take cash to this part of Puglia, don't rely on using credit cards, and the only bank in town would not take my bank card either!

Review 4：Perfect location right over the road from the beach. Lovely pool. Convenient for local eateries. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast excellent.

Review 6：Luxury hotel set in the center of a nice and calm city, very close to its own private beach with free amenities. Beautiful view to the city and sea from the balcony. Nice pool in the garden surrounded by old and interesting houses. Good buffet breakfast on the terrace. Kind, friendly and helpful staff.

Review 7：lack of parking can be a hassle, but not a major issue. Little things not working properly like wifi (never worked in the room, although always worked in the lobby), and inconsistent elevator working (but it's only three floors max)..

Review 8：great location, value for money, with every room having a balcony and sea view. Really nice to have the option between a nice pool at the back and the access to the beach just across the road on the front. Staff were great and very accommodating.

Review 9：Reserved a room for 3 with double and single bed but we're given a twin room. Next room furnished with a double bed and a dubiously clean love seat hiding a rollaway twin. A few other unnecessary irritations could have been avoided with a better organized staff. Housekeeping was a bit sloppy and not one dirty towel was changed once in three days.

Review 10：Pool was a welcome feature. Convenient street parking 3 euros a day. Crepes at breakfast were a nice treat for our son but the rest of breakfast was unremarkable. Breakfast room staff were very efficient and kind.

Review 11：Wifi was not working in the rooms, only at the lobby. But that wasn't ideal if you want to spend the time in your room.

Review 19：The staff was really nice!, they help me to find the way to go to otranto without a car. The hotel have a little private beach. The breakfast was good.

Review 44：Rather luxurious hotel. It is a pity that the airconditioning failed.Staff's reactions on complains about the non-functioning of the aircowas bad. It seems that they were not interested.

Review 45：Despite requesting a sea view we were originally given a room on theside of the hotel (sea glimpses)over the kitchen .The kitchen was noisyso we requested to move to a different room. We were moved to a smaller(adequate) room with no balcony or sea view as this was all that wasavailable ( the shutters on the window didnt work only going up about100cm) The buffet breakfast the following morning was adequate goodcoffee and hard boiled eggs and nice mini pastries but the fruit 'juice'was weak diluted squash.

Review 47：Our stay commenced at the begining of the 'Season', and the hotel was not overcrowded. The staff were friendly & helpful, despite our lack of Italian. The manager, Signor Elio Trianni, speaks excellent English and is well informed & helpful. The hotel has a most delightful swimming pool, & its own private beach, which we noticed was kept clean and well managed with long parasols, & a life guard. The bedrooms are well equipped. I understand that the hotel is approximately 4 years old.
