Review 1：The staff is pretty bad, except for the owners the people there aren't very friendly. Kept our passports for too long and they returned them by throwing them under or door, during the night!!! The water in the swimming pool was cold and the WiFi connection was poor.

Review 4：Waking up that first morning to a fantastic view from the balcony was the perfect start to a perfect holiday. The food, comfort, staff friendliness and overall atmosphere was all that was required for a memorable experience. Set in an interesting area of remarkable scenery and beautiful mountain and lakeside walks or cycle rides every day was an adventure capped by a swim in the pool, or a sauna, followed by a culinary delight in the restaurant.

Review 9：Wifi at our room was poor, Few parking places at the hotel, but ok. Every day we had to eat at the same table and changing tables was not so easy.

Review 10：The staff was friendly, Hotel very clean and neat, swimming pool and sauna were nice. At one night there was a gala evening and everything was dressed up, very nice! At another night they placed candles all over the swimming pool and sauna, very good atmosphere! Distance to ski bus and ski area's excellent.
