Review 1：very dangerous vertical ladder to go to the room. Nobody helpped with luggages. At night we freezed because heaters was inoperable. No parking nearby

Review 8：The proprietress was amazing. She had so much energy and nothing was too much trouble for her. Breakfast was divine, with so much fresh fruit and fantastic fresh bread from a local bakery.
Review 9：Good location with views of port. Two twin beds pushed together so large gap in middle. Narrow, steep staircase did not see elevator. No lobby or place to rest a second. We won't stay again.

Review 27：A word of warning - the hotel does not have a lift. Didn't bother me but the stairs (like many hotels in the town) are steep. My room was 2 floors up. So, if you are in need of a lift, have heavy luggage, etc. you may wish to avoid.
Review 28：Very pleasant staff. Hotel over a Chinese restaurant (also owned by hotel) so if you arrive late you can get something to eat. Vlissingen hotels and restaurants in my experience stop serving at 9pm. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Very good breakfast. Best coffee around! Would recommend the hotel.

Review 33：Location was the best. The owner was extremely helpful, nice, a very charming chinese woman! The decoration of the room was incredibly tasteful, with a beautiful view of the harbor. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Despite the fact that there was no elevator, we loved our stay!

Review 35：We received a parking pass from teh hotel owner, but we were on our own for finding street parking. Hotel has no parking. Once we got used to it, it was't too hard to find parking. Requires a few minutes of work, but then we just walked everywhere after that. The hotel staff gave us good info on wher eto find close parking, but it does take some searching. Everythinig else was perfect. It was worth the parking search. Really.
Review 36：Location, location, location is excellent. We walked everywhere. The multi-lingual staff was incredible - they really take care of the guests. We stayed in the comfy Family Room on the upper level, and the harbor view was spectacular. Bathroom was huge. Free breakfast was delish. We will go back for sure!

Review 38：- Kindness of staff- room & bathroom with a lot of space - location of the hotel (calm, sea view) - even if we arrived after the indicated check-in time, it was no problem for the staff (check-in was made in the restaurant downstairs)

The family room was a very good size & design, even with 2 teenage boys, and the free wi-fi was a bonus. The room was comfortable for us all & we had a wonderful view overlooking the town & harbour.
