Review 3：From the first to the last day it was a wonderful experience! Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the magnificent Adriatic and Ionian sea, the beautiful old port, the 184 staircases ascending to the ancient Sanctuary of Santa Maria de finibus terrae, and the iconic lighthouse, second most important lighthouse of Italy Rooms are spacious, very comfortable and recently refurbished. Our room had also a balcony which made mornings and evening very special The restaurant has also a terrace overlooking the port and sea, which at night enhancing your relaxing dinner experience The staff is very courteous and professional and their suggestions of local food from the menu was absolutely delicious Hotel includes a clean and lovely swimming pool where you can enjoying snack and a few drinks from the bar Stuff is amazing and they always make sure that your stay will be pleasant and unforgettable Special thanks to Marco and Giovanni...

Review 4：Ground level has three large watchdogs which sometimes cause some noise quickly quelled by staff. The dogs themselves are quite harmless and are mostly still at night.

Review 5：Excellent, picturesque location. Courteous, friendly staff. Comfortable room with nice balcony with seaview facing southwest. Bountiful, wide choice breakfast buffet. Lovely port of Leuca within easy walking distance with an attractive beach. Nice swimming pool suitable for kids, leisure and serious swimmers. Lovely surroundings.

Review 6：After travelling much of Salento we were disappointed to experience such a cold welcome in this hotel. If I was to visit again I'd much prefer to stay in the local B&B's where our custom was so warmly appreciated instead of this hotel. The breakfast looks impressive but is essentially the typical fruit, cereal, cheese, baked goods. The dinner was disappointing.

Review 7：The room was clean and comfortable but with very little natural light we only slept in it and preferred to spend our time in the town. The only positive thing I can say about our stay was the very friendly Night Porter who was a very kind warm & professional. Santa Maria di Leuca was a beautiful town with a gorgeous promenade and restaurants.

Review 8：Shower curtain - just don't like them. Need to make clear distinction that the 1st floor only is refurbed & thus 4 star rooms. 2nd floor is traditional & more 3 star. Beds vary so test when you arrive as a some squeak whenever you move. Air con good. Fridge in room. Good sized clean bathroom. Great location - 10min board walk to central area.

Review 23：Bathrooms are in dire need of renovation. Shower curtains are not up to standard anymore for such a hotel category. Sunbeds on our private terrace were mere planks of wood. Splatters of paint on terrace floor. Minibar was leaking water, creating a puddle in our room. Every day, waiters left a rusty shopping trolley (used to transport beverages) next to the breakfast area. Waiters often seemed overworked, since they had to do split shifts (working mornings and evenings).
