Review 1：The whole experience was very poor. Our room certainly did not feel like deluxe room (for example: the standard room has a balcony, it does not), the WiFi barely worked (despite the fact that there was a router in the room),mosquitoes are everywhere and the room has no net, the 'spa' area was dangerous as the floor by the pool is broken, there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, the a/c was temperamental and mostly ineffective. The dinner we had there (8 of us) was the worst we had in Italy. The only good thing was the wine. Starters and mains both priced at 16 Euros and you certainly don't get what you paid for. This place has the potential of being a good hotel, unfortunately it seems whoever's in charge is simply not aware of all these small things that add up to provide their customers with a very poor experience.

Review 5：I had driven to sabaudia but an emergency called me back to Rome. I called into hotel to explain I would not be staying, I had an emergency to deal with. All they could say was 'you're booking is not refundable'.

Review 6：The hotel is extremely attrative and out of the ordinary, both inside and out. The staff are very friendly and go out of thier way to provide assistance. The location is great as, although it is peaceful and quiet, it is only a 10min qalk to the beach if you don't wish to take advantage of the free shuttle.

Review 35：Nice hotel located in a quite area just in front the lake. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. We received an upgrade to a junior suite which was very comfy and with good views. The guy from maintenance constantino was very attentive and help us when we needed. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent, the food, the service and the terrace were just perfect.

Review 42：Smart hotel with good facilities. Nice room. Quiet location, but rather remote, and difficult to find. A car is essential (& satnav - with co-ordinates desirable!). No doubt excellent in summer, but perhaps not a good choice for my 2-night business trip in March.
