Reviews for Hotel Patio del Malinche

Review 1:Beautiful pool and courtyard with a nice bar. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very safe, welcoming and a nice place to stay in the central part of town. The staff were very friendly.

Review 2:The hotel has been restored beautifully and is furnished simply and tastefully. The woman owner was so friendly and the staff very professional. I was met at the airport from a plane that arrived 30 mns early with a sign already held to the window by the driver from the hotel facing our exit so I did not have to worry about waiting for the transportation to the hotel which was particularly important since we arrived at night and I had no phone connection

Review 3:Quite boring.

Review 4:Everything is just fine, but the hotel misses identity. Very american standard. Wifi has improved ans works excellently, also in the last room on the first floor. Nice fresh ingredients for the breakfast.

Review 5:No bad experiences. The wifi was a little hit or miss - it was excellent poolside and in the common areas but unavailable in my room - the management is aware of this and seemed to be working on a solution. Returning after dark as a lone woman I felt a little nervous - they were doing construction on the side streets and it seemed a little off the beaten path but it was too close to everything to use a taxi! Perhaps, it was the construction that gave it that feel. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future!

Review 6:Beautiful hotel, grounds and pool. Quiet and clean. A/C AND hot showeres!!! First rate, attentive staff and breakfast. Poolside bar was small but nice - as a older single female traveler I felt entirely comfortable sipping my cocktail while reading my book.

Review 7:Only feature that is less than perfect is that WiFi is difficult to get inside the rooms.

Review 8:Excellent facilities with a beautiful courtyard and pool area. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful .

Review 9:The wifi doesn't reach your room and is weak even in the common area. We weren't there to hang out on the internet anyways, though.

Review 10:It's beautiful and in a prime location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is great.

Review 11:Location: Great location within walking distance of the main townsquare, a bank, and many restaurants in Granada (including a highlyrated restaurant called La Ciudad and the famous Cafe Las Florescoffee shop).Room: Room was spacious and up to date with TV, A/C, and a fan. Bathroom was clean with a beautiful shower with hot water (a big plus). Rooms all have a great view of the pool and central courtyard. Staff: Staff was INCREDIBLE. They were friendly and all were bilingual. When we left for evening outings the staff went out of there way to offer directions and guidance for getting around Granada. On our last day we had to leave earlier than the usual breakfast time, and the staff went out of there way to PACK US BREAKFAST … which was absolutely delicious… and to also get up early to make us fresh coffee. The bartender also makes a fantastic Macua which kept us both very happy while we relaxed at the pool. Amenities: The pool is beautiful and clean. There are two courtyards with several extremely comfortable and well-placed hammocks (which are Nicaragua made- meaning they are the best). Wifi included and there are even several computers available if needed. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. It is beautiful and the staff is incredible, caring, and attentive.

Review 12:Small but Beautiful Hotel with Exceptional Staff.

Review 13:Wonderful staff. Great FREE breakfast. Small but very clean rooms (very bare minimum but nice). Close to main square. And SAFE.

Review 14:Nicely renovated comfortable rooms. Breakfast were delicious. The staff was very helpful and kind.
