Review 1：Their "classic" rooms - in our opinion catastrophic (rooms with sea view and balcony ok) - the behaviour of the hotel manager

Review 3：We stayed in this hotel for three nights and three days without a working air conditioner the entire time. We informed staff the night we arrived and were told it would be fixed the next day and it was not. When we told them again they insisted it was working. My fiance repairs air conditioners for a living, and assured them that it was not working. The staff was polite, but nothing was done to fix anything during our stay. The restaurant was extremely overpriced for dinner.

Review 4：The hotel was nice, and right on the beach which led to beautiful scenery. It wasn't far from Sabaudia in fact we walked from town to the hotel one night. The breakfast offered was good and had more variety than other places we'd stayed. The staff was polite and helped us when they could.

Review 5：Far too pricey for what would be a 75 euro hotel room elsewhere. I stayed here 25-30 years ago and found not much has changed including the decor which is now shabby and sorely needs refreshing or a complete make-over. A martime theme would be nice for this beach hotel. The pool is very small though perfect for families with small kids. Very poor mobile service and sketchy Wifi in our room though ok in public areas and hallway. Nice breakfast though on balcony overlooking sea. Friends in the area told me there is at least one better hotel nearby for our next visit.

Review 11：ground floor, view in the backyard with construcions infront of the window, around the window where the air conditionals of other rooms and it was therefore always noisy. The bathroom was not perfectly cleaned up. The cost for the single room was 160 euros x night, i think it was far too much for the service the hotel offered.

Review 13：The price charged per night was in my opinion not corresponding to thevalue of the room - the hotel needs to be modernised and refreshed. Ontop of this, we were asked to pay an extra 19 eur/ night for a babycot, which was free of charge everywhere else we've stayed in. Thefood at the beach bar was a shame - you basically got a microwavedpasta, still in its packaging on a plate.

Review 15：rooms were musty spartan no comfort an old mini bar like a 3 stars hotel the mattress was so hard I still have pains in my back everything was average none going out of his way to smile and greet youpoperly it is too bad because the location is great but this property needs a huge restoration my mirror in the closet was so old and dirty I could not see myself the doors frames to the terrace so moldy and dirty, there is no management in my opinion too bad I will not go back or recommend

Review 36：I liked the fact that the access to the beach is pretty much immediate. With the comfortable elevator you can reach the strand in a matter of seconds. Also breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide selection of food and an exceptionally good espresso

Things didn't work well in the room. Facilities for showering, etc after the pool were closed or otherwise not available. For the money this hotel should be be much better!

Review 39：everything else! this place is by no means a 4 star hotel. the building is old, rooms are small, closets smell old, bathrooms need serious maintenance, beds are hard, etc... limited choice of dishes in the restaurant, and poor quality of the food.. overpriced for everything from the room/board to the food to the beach facilities.

Review 40：the location: right on the beach with it's own beach, in a perfect spot with fine white sands and perfectly still and clear waters in low tide. some decent waves as well during high tides that make it suitable for surfing.. the staff is super nice as well

What was not said was that the spa was only open onJune 1st and as we were there in April, we weren't able to use it or thepool which was also closed and no massage services. There was a lovelybar and a piano for anyone who liked to play. You could sit in thelounge area and enjoy the ocean and there were gaming tables for cards.The room was large and comfy with a patio from which to view the ocean.
