Review 1：The location was within 5 minutes walking to the Christmas market and city center. Wonderful breakfast with many options and a staff that anticipates your every need.
Review 2：We didn't like the fact that we booked a suite five days in advance on a booking that could not be changed, however the hotel phoned us the day before asking us if we would mind moving to a cheaper double room rather than the suite as they had a guest that wanted to stay on. They did say that if we didn't want to move, then they would keep the booking as was, however we obliged and moved rooms (still a nice room on the corner of the hotel). However, we were a bit peeved that we weren't at liberty to change our booking but apparently the hotel was! We asked for additional pillows - the reception said they would see to it - they never arrived. Normally hotels of this standard have spare pillows available in the room. We didn't particularly like the key operated safe that in order to use we had to leave a returnable cash deposit of Euro.25 with the desk.
