Review 1：Restaurant, everything about it. The News Years dinner was just awful. The food could have been ok, but the service, the approach and the price was just ridiculous. The room is cold and even for breakfast its not warm enough.

Review 2：Towels so old that there were holes in them. Aircondiyioning did not cope with the low (but not unusually low) temperature of the winter (-7). The staff provided a heater which resolved the situation but made noise.

Review 3：Quiet location on the shore. Close to the Old town. Beautiful view. Excellent helpfull staff. Comfortable beds.

Review 4：The conditioning in our room did not work (instead of cold air - it just produced barely a whiff of room temperature air - despite the settings being set to "cold"). The bathroom was fine, however, the shower had a very weak water current.

Review 5：Crazy good location - just near the old town (city center). Right near the pier (waterfront) - hence the incredible views and overall a very maritime "feel". The old ferry to the Curonian spit is nearby. The room was spacious and had great views. The hotel building itself is very pretty to look at. has a good "fachtwerk" architecture feel. The staff was great - they did their best to fulfill every request, were smiling, helpful and friendly. Parking just in front of the hotel.

Review 8：Not really bad experience. I just ask myself, why such good Hotel in Lithuania is serving just toast-bread and limpy cheese for breakfast! Lithuania has great breads, fish, cheese!

Review 24：It's a nice hotel with a good view but standard rooms have the smallest bathroom ever seen. Not practical or nice at all. Breakfast is basic as is the restaurant. The best is the view and the excellent service/ friendliness of the personnel.

Review 25：It was really-really-really cold there (out only around zero) - in the room and in the breakfast room. As there are so big windows - it could be very warm in summertime. Conditioner that was only hearing was so noisy that impossible to use it in night.

Review 27：In my rooms couple bed there were two single blankets. We realize that at three ''o'clock at night, when we returned from the old city. And i didn't wanted to woke up hotel administrator to change single blankets to a big one. So it wasn't a big problem for us.

Review 28：Exelent location - 3minutes walking from the old town of Klaipeda. Exelent view from a windows - Klaipeda yacht port and Klaipeda city water channel. Hotel and its neighborhood was very quit even on saturday's night.

Review 29：Windows in the room are so high. A half of our room was like a wall. Although, one window in our room was large, till the floor. External glasses wasn't cleen.

Review 30：Hotel located near chanel and terminal, lovely place surrounded water, parking for small boats. Romantic view from each room. It was very useful to reach city center (5 min walking). Room was clean and enough spacious. In my booking I noted we are young couple, and our room was decorated with flower's petals "a-la romantic". In the room you find a bathrobe. Breakfast - very good, wide choice and again lovely diiner room

Compared to the other bigger hotel in the city centre (Hotel National) it suits younger people better. Old Mill has the nicer furniture and seems more easy-going.

Review 41：The staff wanted to change our booking. They stressed us out as we checked in saying we had paid the wrong price. We hadn't. We'd paid an agreed price with Booking.com. One of the receptionists tried to bully us into cancelling our booking and re-booking. She said we had the last room and it should have gone for a higher price. This was not really our problem. BUT we were very stressed by this . But luckily we knew our rights and refused. She rang our room and demanded we came down to reception. We still refused to change the booking and told her to ring Booking.com. She seemed reluctant but we stood our ground. Hooray for them! They sorted it out and - it seems - put her in her place. In the end - when we checked out - I think we paid less than agreed!!! But the whole thing was stressful and a horrid way to treat guests who have just arrived in a foreign country. What worried me is if we had been a little more naïve, or older we may well have let her bully us into cancelling the booking.
