Review 1：The hallways need new carpets. I needed to iron my shirt for a wedding but the hotel did not have an iron. The rooms could do with bigger safe deposit boxes for iPads, computers etc - the locks on the doors and windows don't feel terribly robust.
Review 2：Great location. In September the hotel and area was very relaxed, it is probably a different story in August. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 5：Provided services, facilities and equipment do not absolutely respond to the 4* category. The hotel is old and shaby, it urgently needs a renovation. Breakfast was really poor. The wifi connection was charged. Even the use of the hotel fitness room was charged! Unfortunately the hotel owners evidently misuse the fact that there are not many other possibilities to choose a sea front hotel at this area. The hotel does not have a swimming pool.

Review 11：Cigarette and musty smells in the room. Old toe-nail clippings on the floor showed that the room was poorly cleaned. The hotel décor had no personality and was very tired (scruffy, window catches not working, etc.). No car access near to reception/room - must park and walk 100m with bags etc.
