Review 1：Each shower that my husband and I had were cold.Not good when its late at night.Freezer in the fridge did not work.No allocated parking spot.So when you came home late at night some one else was parked in front of your Unit ,so hence we had to park in someone elses spot which we did not feel comfortable in doing.And it was a great distance to where our Unit was.

Review 11：Shower took a long time to get hot and which was annoying and made it difficult to get the temperature right. The set up of the bathroom is silly with the interaction between the bathroom door and shower door being restrictive and a bit annoying. It was very expensive compared to other hotels offering similar rooms and services, I guess you're paying for the location, I only stayed there as my friends were going to stay there as well but they ended up not being able to afford to at the last minute and booked somewhere on Nebo Road instead. I would not book there again if travelling alone. If there were rooms for single people, or I had someone to share the room with this would have reduced the cost of my stay, as I had to book a room with a double bed that had the capability for 2 people.
Review 12：The location was ideal, a very short walk from clubs and places to eat. I got a fridge, cupboards and storage areas, not that I used them. Big comfy bed with a good blanket. Parking spaces were good. I didn't swim but the pool looked nice and inviting throughout my stay. The lady at the front counter was nice.

Review 31：Mirror in bathroom was badly cracked and needs to be replaced. A constant smell of smoke permeated the rooms as people smoked outside their rooms. There was also a strong cooking smell coming from a nearby restaurant.
Review 32：The manager was very helpful in having rooms ready very early on the day of check-in. Rooms are a fairly good size for that type of hotel. It was okay for an overnight stay. Location was good if you want to be in the centre of Mackay.
