Review 1：It was cold in the room a little bit, but the problem was solved with a heater immediately.

Review 2：The location is just next to old town and next to Neringa ferryboat, view from room was amazing and the staff did everything to make us feel welcome and more!

Review 3：Breakfast on day 1 was a basic buffet with a choice of one hot meal. On day 2, there was no buffet. We were served a mixed cold platter and one hot meal. No choice of cereals or breads on day 2.

Review 4：excellent location on waterfron and close to Old Town. Great view from upstairs window facing the river. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Review 40：Breakfast. Its quite poor, I missed fresh fruits, meaning that it ws the middle of the summer and gardens/ shops/ markets are full of fruits, berries and so. I missed dark bread as well, fresh juices and more selection for vegetarians. Second bad thing is the noise outside the hotel. During those 5 nights I stayed in the hotel, 2 of them I couldn't sleep at all because of the noise. So before choosing this hotel keep in mind that it is in the noisy area of the town.

Review 42：Wew were welcomed when we arrived in Klaipeda at around 1.00am. The hotel helped us to book a taxi from the airport which was a so helpful because we don't speak the local language. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful. We happily spent time sitting outside and looking at the commings and goings of the port and mariner. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Review 43：The receptionist was not polite, I seemed to bother her making really few questions as it was my first staying in this hotel. The bathroom was not prepared properly with soap missing.

Review 49：I was shocked that in a rather small building they organized a late evening banquet. We did not have any information about that. Even though, after we noticed there is going to be a noisy banquet with musician and started thinking not to stay in a noisy place, we there guaranteed by hotel personnel that the banquet hall is isolated and we will hear no noise or music in our rooms. That was more than a lie! The ugly and noisy music was playing till 1:30 AM, not paying attention that at 11:00 PM the music should be silenced. People came to a banquet with children, which there allowed running all over the hotel and making noise. Administrator of the hotel didn’t pay any attention at that. Weekend became a disaster! Spent a horrible sleepless night and it was not what we expected from a 3 star hotel. Nice location on the bank of the river did not save the situation and it was not worth neither the money, nor the nerves wasted on listening to the party music, children running around or drunk people voices. Sadly, but would not recommend that hotel to anyone at any circumstances.

Review 55：Excellent value for money, we had paid 45 eur / night in February.Hotel room was clean and comfortable, despite the fact that the room wasa rather small. Very good breakfast, we could choose from 6 hot dishes(prepared immediately for us), as well as cold dishes also wereavailable.

Breakfast and dinner wasgood and served by pleasant staff. Parking was available at no charge.Wehad a very enjoyable stay at the hotel.
