Review 1：- Bad surprise when It is time to check out and you thought you had a 67% discount but finally had to pay 30% tax, service charge, etc. - Staff is sometimes a bit too much with fake smiles and trying to make you feel like you are a VIP

Review 7：Big rooms which were clean and well presented. The bar area and buffet were very good with a nice atmosphere and live music. Good location for visiting local sites.

Review 8：Checking in. The specs booked and payed for were not kept up. Also a single front desk person was trying to deal with all aspects with no support. Did not see any managerial staff anywhere at a time which seemed a full house. In 2013 when we were at this place the GM was on floor every day. I think it showed in the overall feel of the place. This time around it was a problem.

Review 32：Very clean and large rooms. Excellent facilities and good staffs. The staffs made a mistake at first and charged me 9 nights instead of 3 nights but were quick to correct when pointed out.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful the night swim was the highlight ! food was great as well and so were the rooms! We did quite a bit of activities through the hotel such as teh catamaran ride and the elephant ride ! the catamaran ride is a must try during sun set !

Review 87：The hotel is in the middle of the most iconic touristic sites in Sri Lanka. Efficient and friendly staff. Good restaurant with options for all tastes, a large selection of non-westernized Sri Lankan dishes and excellent breakfast. They have a nice pool, tennis courts and even a lake.
