Review 2：Really friendly stuffs, I had two rooms and living room. I like everything. Breakfast - super . I recommend this hotel for everyone who like quality !!!

Review 4：Quality hotel with the surprise of jazz music entertainment of superb quality from the USA in the restaurant. Armenian cuisine in Lithuania also not expected and my Trout in vine leaves was perfectly cooked.

Review 5：Almost everything, starting with size of the room, comfortable bed, kitchenette and then great breakfast and convenient location. One of the best choices in Klaipeda in my opinion. Also service at the reception is great.

Review 8：One day we came back to find that our room was not cleaned. When asked to replace towels and replenish tea, instead of just doing it, the reception argued saying we must have left 'do not disturb' on our room, which was not the case. In the end the towels were replaced, however we were told the reception had no access to tea/coffee. Had dinner at the restaurant and our meals turned up cold. The waitress argued saying it came straight off the grill, when this was clearly not the case. She then took the meals away with not so much as an apology. Came back to us, having served another two tables, stating she chucked the steaks in question and did not so much as ask if we wished to have anything else. Surprisingly horrific customer service. Spoke to the manager the next day, who was spot on, not only apologised but also invited us for another meal, however we were leaving later the same day.

Review 10：Breakfast was not a good selection, we stayed in the Amberton last time we visited Klaipeda and their selection was a far better choice, the breakfast was the same each day the orange juice was fresh the 1st day then watered down for the remainder of the week, the coffee machine sounded like it was on its last legs, hot chocolate was just water and milk, the latte was luke warm at best, then the machine broke down on the last day.... needs a replacement machine and quick in my view. I would expect better for this standard of hotel.

Review 20：We particularly chose this hotel for the use of spa, jacuzzi and the possibility of a massage. We were very disappointed to find that it was booked for a private party and unavailable. It was even more irritating when all the brochures and signs in the hotel said "please feel free to relax in our Spa"

Review 21：Large, spacious bed and room. Sitting area was particularly spacious and comfortable. Swivel tv that can be watched from bed or sitting area was a great touch.

Review 28：We went up to our suite expecting that it will be exactly the same as the Business class suite we stayed in the first time, however the room was really poor. It was much smaller than the first suite we had. The paint on the walls was unfinished (some walls were really dirty), the light in the bathroom kept blinking (non stop) and the general feel and look of the room was very unsatisfying. Therefore I and my partner went down to the reception right away to request a different room. After giving a short explanation on why we wish to change our room, the receptionist had a word with the maids to see if any other business class suites are ready. We were then given a different suite on the 4th floor. The suite was exactly the same as the suite on our first stay, however it was only set for one! The tap in the kitchen kept leaking every time we ran water, which was annoying. The biggest disappointment that we had was the WiFi - it did not work for 3 days, in other words it only started working on the last day of our stay. And if we knew that the WiFi was not going to work in the hotel on those days, we wouldn't have stayed there. What also annoyed me was that the staff did not mention that the WiFi is not working, or when it will be completely fixed and seemed like they just did not care. :(

Review 29：As this was our second stay at the hotel during our 9 day holiday in Lithuania, I was pleased that the staff recognised us from the previous stay when we came in to check-in. The check-in was fast and with no problems. This time we were given a Business Class suite on the 5th floor. Our opinion of the hotel remained the same at this point, thus why we chose to come back to stay here. However everything just went downhill after we saw our suite.

Review 30：I didn't really like how we were greeted for the first time; I felt like I was being looked down upon (maybe due to mine and my partner's age). The receptionist was not smiling and made me feel quite uncomfortable for the first few minutes of the check-in.

Review 31：Our first impression of the outside of the hotel was great! The hotel looks really modern, clean and high class. Loved the fact that we could park our car right in front of the hotel's reception. The inside of the hotel is truly amazing - for a 4 star hotel. Lovely furniture, lighting, decorations, music and very clean. The check-in was fast; we were given a Business Class room on the 3rd floor and I have to say - the room met all of my and my partner's expectations.

Review 32：It's a great hotel if you are visiting Klaipeda. Our room was very clean, it had a modern kitchen and quite spacious bedroom. The sofa and the bed was really comfortable, we were very happy with our stay.

Review 33：The heating system was noisy, every time we turned it on, there was the noise coming from the radiators. The toiletry set was not supplemented the second morning - huge minus for a 4 stars hotel! Also the towels could be renewed (there was a little stain on one of them).

Review 34：Reception personnel is very proffesional and pleasant (which is quite unusual in Lithuania). Huge plus for this! Rooms are spacious, well designed and cozy, felt like being at home. Pleasant, not annoying music played in the corridors. Nice restaurant on the first floor.

Review 36：We were given an upgrade room which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was adequate, although if you come to breakfast late some items may not be available. My wife needed medical attention and reception had an ambulance there in 5 minutes and acted as interpreter. Restaurant serves Armenian food of good quality.

Review 90：The location, while very convenient for the train and bus stations is abit outside the tourist part of the city, some people my find the 15-20minute walk a bit too much.

The free wifi(wired connection also available) signal was a bit patchy at times(especially during the evening, probably due to overloading) but workedokay most of the time. When I made reservation, I asked for baby cot and we got really good wooden baby bed with all necessary bedding. Free parking, breakfast included, close to old town - what else can you wish.
