Reviews for Guest house Coocabane

Review 1:very, very noisy due to poor sound insulation. In the evening first the bar, then the people staying above us kept us awake (until 2 in the morning). Then morning noises woke us at 6. I would bring earplugs.

Review 2:friendly staff, breakfast fine, clean.

Review 3:Would change nothing.

Review 4:The buildings history and restoration were both interesting and very well done. Our host went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Great stay.

Review 6:Nothing.

Review 10:Leaving!

Review 11:The friendliness of the staff, (the best we have ever encountered) the breakfast, the location and the comfy beds. This was our 2nd visit and it won't be our last!

Review 12:Wifi was terrible.

Review 13:The beds were amazingly comfortable, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pub downstairs is super cozy. Please note that this is n inn and not a hotel. You get a bed and shower and that is it. No other amenities are offered apart from the pub. The view from our room was fabulous. If you are looking for a place to put your head and get an excellent night sleep, I would recommend this place.

Review 14:The staff was very friendly and spoke english, dutch, and french. Place was clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and overall it was a great stay.

Review 15:Not much ... an en suite toilet would have been more convenient.

Review 16:The friendly and polite staff, the location. Cleanliness of the ablutions and communal areas

Review 17:The information on the website is not correct. The toilet and bathroom are NOT privet as the want you to belive, they are outside the room. The owner of Hotel is a very inexperienced person when it comes to hosting guests and her way of communication was very unpleasant to me. This is the first bad experiance I had with a hotel from booking.com

Review 18:Was clean and location was nice.

Review 19:The bathroom had no loo, you had to use the one down the corridor on the same floor.

Review 20:Very friendly and helpful staff set in a lovely part of Belgium with plenty to do for the active person just a stones throw away.

Review 21:The room is too basic. No desk, no night tables, no bedside lamps. Also no TV (but personally I don't miss that).

Review 22:Friendliness of staff. Mattresses very comfortable. Cleanliness of bed sheets and blankets. Quiet location.

Review 23:The toilet was on the corridor (we did have a bathroom with a shower ensuite).

Review 24:The owner is lovely and very friendly, very nice, homey atmosphere, very reasonably priced drinks, warm and very clean. Very good value for money.
