This small and cozy family-run hostel is about a 15-minute drive from the center of Klaipeda.
Offering easy access to public transportation, the Ruta is a perfect place for backpackers or those looking for a cheaper place to stay.
All rooms are private, and there are no dormitories. Some rooms have a bathroom that is shared with one other room, while other rooms have private bathrooms.

Review 1：Ventilation in bathroom should be turned on for an hour or so. Sometimes on evening can feel smell of garbage outside of room.
Review 2：Very, very helpfull staff. Clean room, nice design. Clse enough to city centre - can be even go by feet. Very convenient shower place. Lamps and lights well engineered.
Review 3：The only disadvantage is that it could be closer, but hey, walking a few kilometres is good for your health!
Review 4：Very good service, fluent English and Russian. Kind people that are always willing to help and make you feel at home. Well supplied kitchen allows you to cook your own meals or at least prepare a morning coffee. Very clean, nice design, fast Wi-Fi.

Review 10：Very nice place, beautiful environment, in the kitchen are all measures to make some food,tea etc. Comfortable bed, sleep was excellent. Also there is parking area for visitors.

Review 34：The area is a drawback. It is far from city (you cannot really walk even if you would like to); and the location itself is not good. Wouldn't feel so safe walking down the street after midnight.

The rooms are amazing - planty of space and even with small kitchen corner where you can make a cup of tea or coffee that is a small thing but very nice to have after long driving. Staff was very pleasant and even waited for us to check in at midnight. Great place to stay in Klaipeda.
Review 38：Everything was nice. We arrived late but the reception was open and welcoming. The room was warm, beds - perfectly made, bathroom clean. Perhaps not exaclty in the city center, but it does not matter if you are driving a car.

Review 42：Highly recommend this hotel! We liked everything there. This hotel offers great facilities for an affordable price. We stayed there as a family with two children and had kitchen facilities with everything necessary in our room, so we could prepare our own meals. We came with bikes and that was no problem. Also, it is pretty easy to get to the ferry that takes you to Nida.
