Review 1：Breakfast room is in another building, it can be a bit confusing to get there. You also pass a still open strip club on the way

Review 3：If you will want to use a pool you will need to pay extra for that. We have upgraded to a better room, but even that room lacked cosy atmosphere, plus some stuff in the room was broken, bathroom was not fully clean.

Parking is not included with the executive room which is a joke, extra €5, no breakfast included. For a bottle of water I had to pay €3 extra

Review 26：I stayed in deluxe room with a sea view. Floor,under the carpet had a hole and I almost tripped when walking from one side of the room to another. Bathroom needs some repairing as it doesn't look like 4 star hotel. Old appliances such as hairdryer or TV. TV didn't have tv3 channel which I think is necessary. Also the quality of picture wasn't great because sometimes TV loses picture due to bad signal.

Review 27：Stayed here partly because of the view. Could hear the neighboughrs though (in a 4 star hotel). Staff changed my room into the one without sea view - that's fine as I'm curious about anything new and one of Klaipeda squares through the windows is also nice to see. What wasn't nice is the noise as if someone opens the door and it closes in a very annoyingly noisy way. Every 10 minutes. Until 2am. After stressing up that I need a good nights sleep - I truly don't understand, is it really so difficult to find a silent room. Unless there aren't any of the kind? --- Feeling strange by giving this piece of information of what is wrong for free. To the management of the hotel, if they stop by here at some point.

The location was very good. i stayd in an economy room in the old bilding and had everithing i need in the room very couzy( ther is no safe in economy rooms thou ) the hotel has casino and a strip club in it not so shour its a plus on the weekends. also has 3 spas and restorants. Review 29：Cleaning ladies stormed into the room at 8:45 on a Saturday morning.. Room interior is rather poor; "living area" in the room is elevated (just a couple of steps) - looks cool, but not very practical; and the way bath tube is installed is not practical at all - I could imagine a lot of people having trouble getting out of it.

Review 31：There is no safe in room,NO cattle to drink coffe or tea, and rooms are smelly all of my cloth was smell dump,iwhen I come back I have to give all my cloth to dry clean.it was close to the bridge so we could hear when cars pass from bridge and make to much noise so it was really difficult to sleep. Breakfast was good. Staff is not smile. Very strage think really a.seems the person who own the hotel told stuff font smile other wise I will fire you.. very strange I have been a lot of hotels and first time I see something like this, so it wasn't what we were expecting 4star hotel. need to sort something's out. Review 33：There is no kettle in the room!! This is a must for 4-star hotels. Breakfast is served in a conference centre next door and it is very poor. Disgusting brown water instead of coffee, small selection of hot dishes, the room is gloomy and much food is left on plates which is very telling. Is breakfast subcontracted? I believe that it should be served in-house judging by how delicious the dinner was.

Review 34：The hotel is large but cosy - it is in a very good spot in town, close to the old town, good restaurants, theatre, many cafes, the pretty part of the river and lots of shops. Rooms are of good size, warm in the winter and well appointed. Beds are comfortable too, showers are hot, there is a good desk with chairs, free Wi-Fi and all the usual facilities of a good hotel. There is an excellent restaurant on 12th floor - food is delicious and prices - reasonable. Staff at the reception are friendly and helpful.

Review 37：The room was stuffy, so I opened the window. Klaipeda must be a happening place because there was yelling and screaming all night long. Also, the shower door did not close all the way and a light fixture on the mirror was dangerously close to the shower head.

Review 43：This is a busy hotel so checkin/checkout process may take some time. The lift requires a separate contactless card to operate. You get two key cards for your room but only one for the lift. But these are just minor inconveniences really.

Review 45：On arrival staff were unaware that I was a permanent wheelchair user despite clear needs being made in writing with the booking. Bathroom of room allocated inaccessible had to change rooms. New room whilst accessible, just, was not suitable for wheelchair. Bed too low. Lifts too narrow for wheelchair, used service lift. Restaurant in new building, but dropped kerbs to access building far too steep. Told new building had NO wheelchair accessible rooms, so had unsuitable room in old part of hotel on 4th. floor. Hotel should not advertise itself as having facilities for disabled.

Review 57：I asked for a double bed, I got 2 apart beds. It is quite a search for an reachable electrical outlet in the room, especially if you want to work behind the table. Water pressure in douche is quite low. No airco, when it is warm, you got to deal with it. And what I liked most, is large piece of paper, hanging on a bottle of water with hand writtern price of 3 euro. Breakfast is reasonable, but you are enjoying sound of air ventilation machine instead of music. 4 stars? Maybe Lithuanian 4 stars then...

Review 58：Its spaceous, good located hotel, with possibility to park for extra 5 euro per day. Excellent price for those travelling business and planning to sleep over one night for little price.

Review 59：After bed sheets been changed my trousers (which was a gift from a dear person) with a favourite belt disappeared (they were left on top of the bed) and never been found. The hotel itself is nowhere close to 4 star hotel, everything is quite ridiculous, it`s about 1,5 star at most. I will never be back to this hotel

I had toforce a car behind me to back out into oncoming traffic because I wastrapped. He responded by yelling violent abuse and obscene handgestures. Very upsetting.The area felt very sleazy at night due to the strip club, nightclubs and casino in the complex.

So booked a room witha sea view and requested upper floor as normally those are quiter, Ieven mentioned this to reception on the check in that I'm a lightsleeper and receptionist just gave me strange look, but said nothing.After the first night I realised why. There is a sky terrace on the verytop floor where private party's go on, level of the music didn'timpress me at all. I rang reception 1am and she said she would ring skyterrace and ask to keep it down. Nothing changed afterwards. So next dayhad to change rooms which was better, however in this occasion hoteldoesn't offer a refund or even a discount for that night (might be anormal thing paying 100€ a night to not be able to sleep). Overal roomwas ok, however I got scared of the bathroom - tiles mouldy and cracked,sink cracked.. Even took some pictures, just couldn't believe..Breakfast were poor as well - mainly all sort of salads.. On top of that4 star hotel that doesn't even have tea or coffee facilities in theroom and everything else is extra cost (even room service).

Review 92：Both rooms we been in were quiet massive in size, unfortunatelythat's the only positive thing I can think of. Wouldn't staythere again and wouldn't recommend.

Review 93：Smelly hallways, breakfast in different building when with wheelchair you have to go out on the street to enter the building where breakfast is served. Directions are very confusing. Hotel has outdated furnuture with stains. Strange is that for parking you need to check-in first, but in the meantime...where to park your car...(for an additional 5 euro per day). Shower was leaking water.

Good service, perfect location, the room was very nice on a 12 fl.with a beautiful view. Lots of good food for breakfast. Hotel has a nice restaurant on the top floor with good wine and food. I recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back if i need to stay in Klaipėda next time.

Review 108：Some staff was really nice and helpful, but one of the reception girls was not very nice to us and did not really care about the issues. The rooms in older building better be renovated soon, not the newest carpeting and some weird smell. Parking is for fee, though the city is really small. But it was unclear for us where we can park, so had to take a hotel parking.
